A snow filled night in the mountains of France, no one could be seen for miles around. A bit of light came from the base of the mountains as it came from a village who were getting ready for a blizzard filled night. This village was an all human village aware of the surrounding and the war that was going on between humans and Yajuu but for the most part they stayed out of that world. No one really knew what could happen this very night in the village. About 50 miles south of there a young women appeared out of nowhere in a foot deep of snow. She didn’t have a coat nor anything that could protect her against the harsh weather. This was Wil for ya, crazy girl who knew she could handle the toughest of weather conditions. Partly because she was an angel and her skin was use to extreme coldness. The pink haired female walked until she reached the city of lights, or Paris as it was really called. Wil made sure she didn’t show her true self in fear that she would be hunted down like the rest of her kind. One would figure you didn’t want to mess with an angel of any kind due to their close nature with the heavens above. Well, the exception of one whose pretty unbalanced a bit uncoordinated and a had a strong desire for the fashion world and coffee! She walked along the main streets that were light up so beautiful and romantically it would make one almost fall in love in this place. Though, the moon in the sky gleamed down on the small nation there was still a little hope that the city wouldn’t be totally demolished when it came to a war breaking out in the city. It has been untouched since well the World War 2.
The city of Paris and the country of France had a very significant place in the heart of the 1000+ angel, this was kind of her birth place as well as when wars happened she served as a guardian angel to some humans. Most of those humans have died off and has gone to the next life. For Wil the last time she was in Paris was when the city was destroyed by bombs and people were fleeing for their lives away from German forces. The city had built up and looked so beautiful and modern city. Willow found herself where there was a bunch of food, and the smell of coffee filled the air. She could tell that she was getting hungry as her stomach rumbled. She went to the nearest café and sat down on the outside facing the street. She wanted to make sure that if she was being followed she could catch whoever wanted her. Usually was a random demon after the fact she was an angel. But she hadn’t been in her normal and more comfortable form for a few weeks. Wil was taking a bit of time to scout out places to make it where she would be safe and where she would find trouble. She had hoped the city would be safe from well the humans bent on killing her kind.
Wil looked at her coffee the aroma was the makeup of her very existence. She smiled picking up the small cup and sipping from it. The French coffee was a different than the coffee she had around the world. She put a bit of sugar in her cup and stirred it up when the young human came out with some food. Wil looked at the food though didn’t care for the girl who brought her food to her. As she began to eat she could feel a different presence near her. She of course didn’t know what it was from but she felt a bit on guard. Unaware of who was going to come for her or if they would pass by. She continued to eat her food and drink the coffee.

The air was crisp and cold, the snow white and pure it was a serene scene, one that was far removed from the endless battle fields that consumed the world. This was one of the few cities were humans and Yajuu lived in peace, which only seemed to add to the sense of far removed from the war the french truly were. How ever fragile peace truly was, it seemed in this city that it might last forever.
Of course that didn't stop Alexander from bloody hating France to the very core of his demon heart. The factionless demon had come here on business, the sort of business that would end in the serene snow being stained with a brilliantly sinister crimson. It was a shame of sorts, he liked the scenery and loved the snow but he didn't speak the language and he didn't quite ever get along with the people here so it always ended with a foul after taste.
He walked along the side walk, completely out of place, he got many stares but he gave them no heed most people knew enough that they wouldn't bother the six foot tall man with an eye patch and a sword. Alexander wore a plain white T-shirt that hugged his body tightly, also he wore simple jeans and plain old sneakers that had seen far better days, that was it for his attire. Quite liking the feel of cold snow on his skin Alexander saw no reason to wear a jacket, seeing as it would be nothing more then a pain anyway.
With his hands stuffed into the depths of his pockets he marched, he seriously hated being in France, his inability to speak the language annoyed him to no ends. There had been one attempt to learn but that had been, well he wasn't sure but it had been before the industrial revolution- or had that been after? it was hard to keep track sometimes. Either way he couldn't speak french and he was bad enough with human interaction that he was unable to express things to people through gestures and someone always wound up getting their ass kicked out of it. So here he was wandering clueless and lost even finding the way out of the damn city was difficult.
Suddenly everything stopped, pretty girl dead ahead, and Alexander for the moment forgot his mission. She was drinking coffee by her self and in the light she practically glowed. Giving no thought to anything else Alexander moved in, he briefly considered opening up right away on his racial features and using them as part of his charm, but with his sword as it was he was almost human. Since Paris did indeed accept both human and Yajuu it might have been fun, but he decided against it at the last moment.
He gave the girl a charming smile and winked with one eye. "Well now, here I was lost in this big city, with nary a hope nor a chance, and then! a beacon, on the form of one of the most beautiful girls my one eye has ever beheld. I would consider it an honor, if you would allow me to join you my lady, my intentions are pure i assure you. Please humor this lost traveler named Alexander with your company if only to bolster my spirits on this chilly night" His smile beamed at the girl, and his one eye twinkled. Alexander could be incredibly charming in the presence of a lady.
One of his biggest weaknesses was a pretty girl, she already had him wrapped around her finger from adoration and she hadn't even said anything....it never crossed his mind that she could be dangerous, nor did he even consider what sort of race she might be, all he saw a beautiful girl and his heart was caught in a web she had never spun.

Wil was still lost in her world thinking that she would probably be gone by the end of the night if she had something to say about it. Usually this was a typical thing for the youngish angel day dreaming of how she would meet her maker after a thousand plus years of living. She preferred not menschen how old she was just because it typically went bad when she would go to tell someone. Wil kept the whole being sixteen years old and never caring. At the height of the moment she whisper to call her sword so she could make sure she wasn’t left unarmed and not dangerous. Perfect way to scare humans was to carry around a sword and act there was nothing wrong. This usually led to fights, and as always in that case Wil would come out on the better end of the fight with a few scratches and cuts on her delicate skin. She wanted to have a fight where she would struggle with, someone who was a bit more powerful or evenly matched as her. Of course that would only be if she were to fight a demon, and odds of that were dwindling as each passing day they became unknown. Wil sighed a little at that thought as her sword appeared and she put it underneath the table. Unlike most girls who would be going through their teenage years… or look like it at least Willow didn’t have much of a weakness for boys. If it came down to it and a cute boy started talking to her then well… that would shut her mind of temporarily from all the craziness to focus on him.
She started to drink the warm liquid again, to her it was a great tasting thing to just give her enough jolt to carry on to the next country. Wil started to think about why she was going to Germany when it wasn’t really a friendly place for a Yajuu to be there, of course that was based on stories she had heard five to ten years ago. She was glad that for the most part this city and country was letting her kind be able to roam freely among their own people. That still didn’t stop Wil from not liking humans though, she hated them for what they had done to her kind and to her family. Thus saying her sister did go a bit crazy when she killed the innocent but still it’s what drove her to that madness that was all the more to blame. Wil herself had a human boyfriend and almost killed him. Needless to say she wasn’t really on the good side of humans and their will. A voice broke her thoughts as she looked up to see who was speaking to her. He spoke in English which was a first for this day. Her mind worked tirelessly on speaking French to everyone a break in the language was just what she needed it. She smiled a bit as he spoke so differently than any person she had met before. Well the exclusion of people who she grew up with and an occasional weird crazy person. Wil found him not crazy weird just a bit off in his mind. She blushed slightly as he called her one of the most beautiful girls he had seen. She had to admit the eye patch and everything about him was pretty crazy and charming of course the word hot came to her mind. Left speechless Wil looked for a way to actually figure out what he just asked her. She motioned for him to sit down next to her. At least on a cold snowy night she had a bit of company.
“Tis always good having company on such a beautiful cold night. Paris is easy to get lost in, I’ve lived her for a while and things tend to change from time to time.” Wil spoke finding kind of the right words to express this night and the city. Her French accent actually showed more when she was around Alexander than anyone else. “I am called Wil by most. It’s a pleasure to meet you Alexander, it’s an honor meeting you.” She said feeling like an idiot with her words feeling like she was mixed up. Wil felt the need to ask him why he was out on such a night like this. Of course then she knew he would ask her the same question back more than likely. That meant naturally she would have to come up with something that sounded like a great to a human. She figured he may be a human but never the less stayed a bit on guard around him not letting his essences cloud her mind. Wil was alright with that but tended to stray from what she really was doing before. “Mind me asking why such a fine man like yourself out here is in the cold and alone?” Wil said as she finally broke down figuring she needed to ask him the question. Otherwise her mind would explode in wonder.

He gave her a perfect smile at her name. "What a lovely name, its lyrical to my ears" He looked her over, it wasn't a perverted look, but one of adoration that a person might give a famous piece of art. He was admiring her, she was beautiful and it was rare to see such a sight, in Paris a city of beauty she stood out a diamond amongst gems.
He would not lie to this girl, half truths were better than a lie, he never lied not as far as he knew. "I am merely a traveler of sorts" He gestured to the sword at his back "I go where where my feet take me, and I just happen to have business in the area and I was hopelessly lost until I saw you a shining ray of hope in this long winter night" Which was all true, Alexander was a traveler and he had business here and he was lost, what he didn't mention was that he was hunting members of Iustus
"But I'm hardly of interest to a lady such as your self, a road weary traveler with little other than my sword and the clothes I wear. I am humbled that a lady like your self would allow me to be in your presence. " He gave her a warm look, he stuck out so badly here, everyone was a dressed warmly and Alexander looked like he should be catching hypothermia. Under dressed and in the winters night people continued to stare as they walked by, but he gave them no heed.
"So tell me of your self, you must be from the area or at least the region of France, a lady such as your self must have an interesting story." He paused for a moment and looked around with one eye then back to Wil " I can practically sense it, there is something about you, I bet there is an interesting tale to you" He spoke with words smooth as silk and a smile as good as gold.

Wil smiled at him as he spoke so pleasantly about her name. Though, she had to admit this boy was cute and pretty interesting. “Thank you. Your name is amazing though. My name is shortened for something else…” Wil said with a little laugh she was rather comfortable around this male. It was unusual for her to be so at easy around strangers but Alexander was different than any other guy she had met before. He was like her kind of stuck in the new age but at the same time had a bit of the old world in him. Wil looked at him odd as he admired her a bit. She could tell that he wasn’t like looking her over like a normal boy would, something she couldn’t put her finger on. Wil thought about it for a moment trying to figure out why he was staring at her. To herself she wasn’t that pretty she knew of girls far prettier than her. That and she spent a long time perfecting the bright pink hair and looks to being close to what a modern human would look like. Though, it was just a something she put together to keep true self a secret. He spoke again catching her attention once again as he pointed to his swords and explained that he was a traveler. That was kind of exotic and something she hadn’t heard hat in a long time. It was amazing to hear something that was close to her. She was basically a Gypsy with a bit of warrior in her.
“An adventurer? Or rather a traveler as you did say. You sound like someone from the olden days. But is the sword necessary?” She asked him curious to why he’s carrying a sword around. “I am glad to be your shining ray of hope. I know every region of France very well.” Wil said knowing that she would be really happy to help go where ever he needed to go. She was bored in Paris and no adventure would start till she crossed the borders into other countries. She was scoping out humans who were sinning and against the Yajuu. She blushed a little when he spoke about letting him be in her presences. Wil didn’t mind the company considering she knew he wasn’t a human no human had the ability to talk like that. “Tis my honor to have you here with me. I felt like I was going to be alone for the night Monsieur Alexander. Would you like some coffee or hot cocoa?” She ask him curious to see if he wanted something else while he was sitting her keeping her occupied. It made it nice especially when the males would try and hit on her all the time. She figured that with him there she wouldn’t have to go all psycho on some guys.
There came the words out of Alexander’s mouth asking about her and her background. He put it in a way Wil couldn’t help but give a bit of a giggle. She wasn’t use to having someone asking her about herself and then be told there’s something interesting about her. She had to figure the right words to be told without saying that she was an angel or the fact she lived for a long time. “About me? Hmm… Well yes I am from France actually I was born in Paris and moved to La Rochelle when I was a child. I haven’t stopped moving around. I guess I am what they call a Gypsy. I move where the wind takes me. I’ve traveled the world. A few times and am on my way to Germany for some business you could say. But nothing really than that there is nothing else is interesting about me. Just a bit of tales from each country I have visited whether I was welcomed or not.” She said smiling a bit. She could tell about every country and seen some of their history. Originally Willow was born in the lovely fallen city of Sparta. But she couldn’t say that to someone she just met and shock him with her little stories. “What about yourself Alexander I see you are a traveler but what makes you function in this new world society?” She asked him a bit of smile on her face as her cheeks were no longer a rosy red color.
