[QUINN]

Typical day time boring as hell and no one around the bar to really buy anything to drink or entertain the male with whatever they can come up with. Quinn stood behind a bar in hopes he could at least get someone to talk to him or make his hours at work a bit better. He wiped the bar down and realized that he was almost off work. He could only think that it was awesome he’d be getting off with in an hour and then he could well spend a long night out partying and drinking. Or well at least a bit of fun on the town. He didn’t care too much if he was out with friends or not. Though, he didn’t have many friends to many people were scared of him. He had a temper that well most people thought he would go all crazy on them and murder them. Well that wasn’t true he just didn’t care for a lot of people and their ways. Quinn was pretty much with his closes friend day and night they partied with him and made sure or tried to keep him out of trouble. He started to jam out to the song that started to play on the radio. It was a good song that made the last hour go by quickly. It was a high light of his day even though his boss was against having any fun in the bar due to customers were their clients and that was his focus more than his own employees. He heard the door open with a jingle to it. He looked over seeing his friend come into the bar anting to drink the night or day away from that matter of speaking.

Quinn poured two shot glasses of whiskey on the counter, it was close to his time getting off so why not a drink to make the rest of the shift go by quickly. The two raised their glasses and clinked them together and took the shot quickly. The bitter fiery taste of whiskey went down his throat as the clock ticked showing fifteen minutes left on his shift. It was good to know that he would be out of the bar in a matter of moments. He sighed knowing that he wouldn’t find a good spot to hang out at without some trouble. The clock clicked again soon the few minutes he knew was over with. He went to the back room and clocked out. His blond hair ruffled as he walked out of the bar into the public streets. He figured he’d hit the park or somewhere he could have some fun or listen to the music that people came up with these days. He walked out of the streets and crowds were heavy around the capital city. Quinn found himself in the park at sunset and people were starting to leave the park knowing that the sun was going down and it would become a bit colder at night. Quinn walked over and sat down underneath a tree. He pulled out a cigarette from his little silver case. He put it in his mouth and lite it up. It was the first one he had that day with all the crazy boss and of course the people who would come into a bar randomly during that it drove him crazy. That’s when he heard footsteps coming closer to him. He figured it would be just a person passing through.

[/style] [STYLE=background-color: #171717; width: 450px; -webkit-border-top-left-radius: 2em; -moz-border-radius-topleft: 2em; -webkit-border-bottom-left-radius: 2em; -moz-border-radius-bottom-left: 2em; text-align: justify; font-family: verdana; font-size: 10px; padding: 10px; height: 400px; overflow: auto;]● ● ● masashi had been in the united kingdom for a while now, wondering here and there and meeting new people. kane had been very interesting, not to mention quite attractive. but, alas, the other guy hadn't been interested in him in quite the same way. that was alright though, since there were plenty of other guys out there. this was the first time he'd been in ireland though. the accent was different from england, where he'd spent quite a bit of time recently. of course, there had been different dialects in england but nothing quite like the irish he was listening to now as he walked along. dressed in what could be his favorite outfit of all, he didn't stand out all that much. his loose pants were the most noticable thing about him, being a dark red color. but after the initial glance, one would notice the hoodie he was wearing. it was black, nothing special, but the hood had cat-like ears atop it. and they stood up rather well when he had the hood puuled up over his head, which he did. a pair of black boots completed his attire since he was wearing no shirt beneath the sweater. as he reached the park, he realized it was rather dead. it seemed people didn't like to hang around when the sun was sinking beneath the horizon. a shame, really. after all, masashi was here to watch people. well, mostly. but this was fine too. it meant some quite where he could relax. or maybe not. because a blond caught his eye and he couldn't fight the temptation to walk over. it really had been a while since he'd had some real fun and this guy fit the bill rather nicely. unless he was like kane... that would rather ruin things. he really wanted some company tonight. another night alone wasn't very appealing. so he came to a stop next to where the blond sat, leaning against a tree. he kept his golden brown eyes focused towards the horizon, the gold really coming out in the sunset. though his face was shadowed by his hood, the blonde would be able to see his profile a bit. the soft black hair, the silver earring in his left earlobe, maybe even the light tan of his face and little red flecks in his eyes. Sunsets were always beautiful and something you just couldn’t get away from. It was the time that you could reflect on the day as well as see new things. Also was beginning of the night life where everyone seemed to hit the actual streets bars and club just so they could have a fling or be out with friends. It was always a bit hard for Quinn to really understand friendship or romance for that matter. Most of his relationships ended badly or rather people didn’t care for his temper and very odd ways of being protective over them. The sunset almost reminded him of his last relationship and just like the wind it changed. He was at least making an attempt to move on, though practically having your heart ripped out by someone who cheated on you and used you was pretty hard to move on from. He was bitter about relationships these days and typically didn’t like to discuss them with anyone. In time though he was sure he could get over her and move on to the next person. Which, was a plan not a dream for him. Quinn loved the peacefulness of the sunset it meant he would be able to be kind of alone granted strangers come and go. Sometimes, if they didn’t know who he was they would talk to him. Which made life a bit better in a sense.

Lost in his own thoughts as he just kind of stared out into space. Quinn had a horrible habit of that, never could pay attention when he was alone. Then there was a male’s voice who made him come back to somewhat reality. He looked over seeing a rather interesting no hot looking male next to him from what he could tell of course. He thought he looked a bit young but looks could deceiving obviously. “Yeah it is. Best time of day to come out here.” He said with a bit of a smile on his face. It wasn’t his usual mischief smile, this one was genuine. Quinn didn’t mind the guy being her with him, at least he would have company for a while till well the man leaves and then he would be all alone. He moved a bit of blond hair out of his eyes so he could see a bit better. He glanced over not sure why this male was hanging around him but he found it to be pretty good that he was here. The silence though was going to kill him if he didn’t say something sooner or later. “So what brings you out here?” Quinn asked, his accent was the typical Irish accent. It leaned towards more of his Italian accent. Which, well if you asked most people for him it was the one thing that just completed him. When he moved to this country he was old enough to really never lose his actual accent.

Quinn looked around realizing that it was just them in the park, which was always a good thing. It meant whatever could happen wouldn’t matter to anyone else. Also meant if he was to get into a fight, hoping not with the other male, that he wouldn’t face jail time at all. Quinn at least hoped this guy was at least nice and would talk to him. Silence was a deadly killer and well it would get boring without speaking to him. He knew he needed a new friend, outside of Nelliel who drove him crazy with all her girlieness that was her essence.

"doesn't seem the rest of ireland agrees with you," he said thoughtfully, referencing the emptiness of the park they were in. but maybe that was why this was such a good time to be here. not many people to bother you or get in your way. regardless, he preferred keeping the company of this guy. it didn't seem he was bothering the blond so he felt no reason to be on his way. the guy certainly wasn't bothering him any. there was also the matter of this guys accent. it was quite interesting and it sounded rather nice. he liked it. it wasn't completely irish though, that much he could tell. but what was that accent mingling with the irish? he couldn't quite place it. but that could be a question for later. depending on how things went, anyway. “so what brings you out here?” a lovely accent indeed. masashi turned to face the man fully, face coming into complete view though still sheltered in the hood's shadows. he remedied that, though, by pulling the hood down and running a hand through his dark locks. "sightseeing. meeting new people. having fun. specifically, though, i'm out here because i spotted you and felt social." his own accent was nothing compared to the blonds. at least he didn't think so. but maybe that was because he didn't see his own accent as an accent at all. all the same, his american accent was vastly different from that of those in the united kingdom. though, he did have a bit of an english touch to his words every so often. blame it one staying in england for so many weeks. it would fade quickly but it lingered within his words. still, the american stood out most of all, as that was his true accent. "i don't give it out very often but the name's masashi, though you can call me whatever you like. so what's yours?" The boy spoke again his voice so smooth about things, Quinn could easily get lost in it. That’s to say if he wasn’t paying attention more to the words. The boy had a point no one around here really agreed to be the best time of day to be in the park. Of course that was always a good thing. It never stopped the blond male from being outside at night. The streets though were busy when it became late and rarely did any one bother people walking on the streets. Though, ok they didn’t bother the blond male, due to him pretty much scaring them to death. It was a rep he couldn’t get rid of. “Yeah well, you’ll find the people of Ireland doesn’t do a lot of things that I do. Or agree with them for that matter.” He said with a little chuckle to that matter. He’d been in the country twelve years and not once had the people really thought his ideas were good. “Its because of the sunset is why it’s the best time. That and people are hitting the clubs and such. Watching this reminds me of my home country when I use to crawl up the buildings and see the sunset over the rivers and oceans.” He added after a few minutes. His voice kind of had a daze tone to it as he remembered Italy.

The boy spoke again about sightseeing. He looked at him, the features of the boy, he was well hot. Gorgeous really was the word Quinn was thinking of. He hadn’t seen a guy like him before, he looked young but it really wasn’t something the blond would take into effect just yet. The golden eyes and black hair were the best combination for the other male. Quinn for a few moments couldn’t take his eyes off him, though he turned back to the sunset trying to make the guy freaked out about him staring. Most people didn’t like the whole staring at their body. He wasn’t sure if this guy leaned that way or what the case maybe. “Sightseeing is always fun around here. There’s a lot to do and see. I could be your personal guide if you like?” He said as it hit him the last part about being social that was something new. He could defiantly tell this guy wasn’t from around here at all. “Really well then I am glad you felt social to come over here.” He said with a bit of a smirk on his face. It was rare that Quinn could feel so comfortable around him with no worries about what would happen.

Quinn could tell the boy wasn’t from any part in Europe he had an American accent for sure. It was the accent that made him a bit curious to where in America the male was from. He spoke again his name this time Masashi. The origin of the name was defiantly Japanese so he could have been maybe born there. Quinn had a billion and one questions rolling in his mind at this moment for Masashi. Of course he calmed his mind to only focus on hand what he had asked. “Pleasure to meet you Masashi, I don’t tell people this name. For you I’d make a special occasion, I am Nashua… But I prefer to go by Quinn.” He said realizing he just said his first name, nothing like that had ever happened before. Quinn kept telling people what his middle name was and never went by his first name. Masa though, was the exception to the rule naturally.

"i can't imagine a reason good enough to avoid you~," he said with a smile. it was true he didn't really know the guy though. but even so, he couldn't think of a reason he'd completely avoid him. maybe he was biased because he had something of a weakness for good looking people? then again, he was also very calm about things. he could deal with annoying people quite well, at least for a while. was this guy annoying? he doubted it. "where are you from then, originally?" he didn't bother to hide his attraction either. he wasn't ashamed of it and he didn't care if it made the other party uncomfortable. after all, if that was the case, then masashi didn't want to be around them anyway. but it didn't seem that the blond would mind his lingering gaze. because the seemingly teenaged boy wasn't the only one doing a bit of staring. maybe this would turn out well. but what kind of personality did this guy have, he wondered. would the blond push him up against the wall on his own or would he have to ask for it to be a little on the rough side? or would he not be rough no matter what? so many things to figure out. but that could all wait. "sightseeing is always fun around here. there's a lot to do and see. i could be your personal guide if you like?" was this guy some kind of mind reader? really, well, then i'm glad you felt social enough to come over here." it seemed he wouldn't need to ask for a tour. he'd already gotten himself a guide. that was good though, it meant the guy took the initiative. a nice sign, perhaps? "then it's a date~." and he was quite glad he'd felt social as well. not that that had been all there was too it. the blond hair had been an interesting feature that he had to check out. but he might have kept on walking had he not felt social. "pleasure to meet you masashi. i don't tell people this name. for you i'd make a special occasion, i'm nashua... but i prefer to go by quinn." well would you look at that. introductions were out of the way and it had turned out rather interesting. not only had he given the blonde his real name, the blond had given him a name he didn't seem to like. or maybe it wasn't that he didn't like it but more he didn't want but certain people to use it. was he one of those certain people already? it made a bit more sense that he just didn't much like his given name as much as he liked quinn. so then why bother to tell it? one more interesting thing that he would need to try deciphering. no matter how he tried, he kept getting ahead of himself. thought-wise. no matter how he focused on the conversation at hand his thoughts kept wondering to the many possibilities the dark would bring. maybe because he kept his eyes on this blond, quinn. he just couldn't keep from looking him up and down over and over again. he ran his figures through his dark hair again, glancing towards the horizon before his golden orbs landed, once again, upon the blond, smirk never leving his lips. he was really wanting to have some fun... well, quinn," he purred, voice low and soft, "how about you let me in on some of your favorite things to do around here?" Quinn could defiantly tell this boy wasn’t from around here. Most everyone that lived in the city found him to have a bit of anger problem. At that moment he wasn’t quite sure if he should confess that or just leave it all the same. It wasn’t something that was a need to know. Like most people they felt Quinn could do a lot of harm not just on them but the city. What could he say his anger could get the better of him. “It’s more what has happened since I moved her then anything. Bit of arrests for one person.” Quinn said with a laugh. He could only laugh about the fact he had been arrested. Most people hated that fact but he enjoyed it. The next question struck him off a bit, no one had ever asked where he was originally from other than they thought his accent was a bit off. He had to think of the right words in English to tell where he was from. Even though the blond knew the language perfectly by now it was one of those moments he usually spoke Italian names well in Italian which of course confused most people because they didn’t understand the languages he spoke so well. “Venice, Italia… sorry Italy.” He said realizing he was starting back at the Italian he grew up on. He knew people would figure out what he was saying. “I tend to go back and forth between Italian and well English. So if I speak Italian just stop me in my tracks.” He said with a little laugh. He couldn’t help but not give up the Italian roots he knew and loved. Though, besides the fact most people really liked when he spoke his native tongue.


Quinn wasn’t expecting the male to say it was a date to show him around. It was a good thing though he was able to hang around someone besides a crazy chick who really didn’t have much to do with her life. He thought of all the places they could go thinking the best place would be to go around the island itself and show all the celtic roots. Also the great surf he came to love in the ocean. “Alright then sounds good to me.” He said with a bit of a smirk on his face. He was going to enjoy every moment with this male it became interesting what he could think of. He was glad to know the males name finally introductions were usually the hardest thing to come to. It was usually awkward and weird when you’re trying to make a polite conversation. Masashi made this easy to converse with him. Quinn was interested in what he had to say about well everything. Not many things could make him entertained this easily.


“Well Masashi, there is a lot of place I hang out at. Besides in the parks haha. The old castles of the islands ancient past is a start. I spend the night every once and awhile. Usually my friends drag me to bars and such but its nothing compared to the cliffs, and well surfing around the beaches.” Quinn said thinking about what else he did normally. It became boring hanging out with the same people things tended to get boring and such he just didn’t care for them anymore. “Umm I guess I don’t do much around here anymore. Usually getting arrested for some reason or another.” He added with a bit of a laugh. He was use to getting into some massive trouble when it came down to it. Though knowing full well he couldn’t get Masa into trouble due to him traveling around. It would be a bad thing to happen.

"oh, i know! forse potreste mi insegni~," he asked, voice coming out like a soft purr. chances are his pronunciation wasn't quite right but he was pretty sure he'd gotten it close enough. calling it a date seemed acceptable in the blond's book and that made masashi feel rather giddy, though it didn't show. his grin melded back into a smirk when quinn mentioned the castles. those were always fun, plenty of space to explore. and spending the night it one seemed more than enjoyable. he 'hmm'd as he listened, nodding when the blond mentioned the bars not comparing to the cliffs. the pyro wasn't a bar-goer so he had to agree with that sentiment. surfing, on the other hand, was something he'd never tried. and never planned to. he hated water, even more so when there was so much of it. it always ended up making him burn himself. he wouldn't be going there. "i'm no fan of water so i try to stay away from it. i think the castles sound the most interesting anyway. mysterious. spending the night in one could be fun~," he purred again, the words nearing a whisper when he came to the last sentence. he should try and behave himself but it was so darn hard! especially when the opportunity for something like that came up so easily. it had just begged for the soft and flirtatious comment. "so what were all the arrests for, if you don't mind my asking?" Quinn was glad Masashi joined him in the park that day, for him it was normally going to be a boring night. He was still curious about this male’s age figuring he looked about seventeen years old; though, by how he acted he was probably close to his age if he could go off of. The boy spoke amazingly in Italian. This was something that shocked him greatly, no one really spoke his language even if it wasn’t much he understood it well. He smiled none the less about him asking to teach him Italian. “Sì, naturalmente I will teach you Italian. Though, it’s a hard language to learn.” Quinn said with the happiest tone to Masa. He heard him speak about visiting Italy but never Venice. He wondered about why, though all the cities in his home land were beautiful and had their own uniqueness to them. “Well when you go to Italia next you should visit in Venice. Good on knowing the basics it’ll be fun teaching you and a bit easier.” He added after a moment of thinking about different things. He was thinking about castles they could go stay a night in.

Quinn wasn’t much of a bar goer, he went with his friends but usually by the end of the night he was bored out of his mind. This happened a lot though, he rarely had friends who he enjoyed going to a bar with. He thought it was awesome that he was going on a date with this male. It was well a change of pace. He hadn’t gone out with a guy before and he could count this as an entering one to say the least. He couldn’t think of anything better than having the castles. The boy spoke again this time about not being a fan of water. He figured that not everyone loves water like he does, but it was kind of a shocking moment when Masashi said the castles. Quinn perked up quickly knowing that was a good sign in the matter. He thought about which castle they could spend the night in that wasn’t used for tourism. He rarely liked waking up to people who were staring at him because he was sleeping on the floor in a thorn room or something.

“Its ok, understandable water can be… dangerous. Surfing especially is a dangerous sport all on its own.” Quinn said with a little laugh about it. He remembered the first time he started surfing and falling off in the ocean a few dozen times. He noticed the boy was purring at a few sentences he had spoken. This sparked curiosity in the mind of Quinn. Did this male have the hots for him? The blond male wanted to know now that it finally struck him. He leaned a bit closer to Masashi with a bit of a smirk on his face and the golden eyes just staring at him. “Alright well the castle it is. We’ll go to an abandoned one where no one could find us…. Or at least see us.” He said with a laugh. He was really starting to enjoy this moment even more. “I was arrested for a number of things… Really most of them are picking fights and winning. Destruction of property…not my fault. Mainly aggressive behavior when a guy tries to do any harm to my best friend Nelliel well… they have to deal with me. I have a bit of an anger issue what can I say.” He said with a laugh. Quinn couldn’t tell a lie about this one. It was really the only things he was arrested for, except being drunk in public… which turned into a fight.

"i made it a point to learn a bit on my first trip to italia. didn't have a particular interest in learning the rest until you though." the grin melded back down to a smirk. he thought about telling the blond the real reason behind him not liking water. chances were the guy had seen gifted before. pyrokinesis wasn't the most common of abilities, and other at it's level weren't particularly common either, but it all basically amounted to the same thing. he was different. one could even go so far as to say he was like the yajuu. he didn't care about that, but he wasn't sure where his companion stood on the matter. definitely something to ask about later. it certainly wasn't a topic for so early in their conversation. so he bit back his initial thought. but he also could just flat out lie. so a half truth would have to do for now. "it's not the danger of it. i've just never much like water. of any kind." 'oh, and look at that~.' he 'hmm'ed, not drawing away in the slightest as the blond leaned closer. he let out what one could consider a very low. quite seductive growl as he leaned a little closer himself. he did so enjoy being in someone's personal little bubble. this situation was no different. if anything, it sent a thrill running down his spine. once much more intense than with anyone else before. "a place with no prying eyes? lead the way~," it was about time to ask one of the questions running through his mind. the moment for a particular one, age, had set itself up quite nicely. the talk of being arrested made it a good time to ask, simply because 'a number of things' translated to multiple occasions. the actual amount of times the blond had been arrested wasn't of importance though. something like that didn't matter anyway. the reason behind them was the interesting bit. Quinn was becoming attracted to the other male, it wasn’t something he had felt before. Well except to his ex-girlfriend. Either way he could feel that his boy was different better than anyone he had met before. The boy had something there that well was drawing the blond into. He thought Masa was really mysterious almost, he gave him little bits of details who he was and why he was her. His voice though had Quinn going crazy. When he spoke Italian he couldn’t help but be at awe by how fluent it became. He smiled when the boy started to speak again about being a quick learner. That was a good thing, it meant stuff would stay when he taught him a new language. “Good being a quick learner will be a bit easier.” Quinn said with a smile. At that moment it seemed the world would be at stand still and everyone(or well what few people) around them would just fade away.

Quinn smiled again as he spoke about making it a point to learn a bit when he went to Italy and not wanting to learn anymore till now. He sat there for a moment processing what that meant exactly. His first thought was there were connections between them. The very next thought was a different one, he figured out the boy was hitting on him a bit. This made Nashua smirk a bit about the whole thing. He never realized that he was really that interesting. “Well… that’s sweet. I am glad to be your teacher!” Quinn said happily accepting the role of being teacher to this male. His mind started wander a bit from the conversations at hand. Horrible as it was he could only think of a few things that he wanted to do with this boy. Nashua was beginning to develop a crush on Masashi, a new feeling was coming across his mind and the fact that this boy was here made life a bit better in his book of course. The moment when Masa started to speak again Quinn returned back to reality in hopes of something interesting would come up. He spoke about not liking water ever. It was a bit strange to the blond. He had to set aside the fact he was born on a coastal town with canals everywhere, water for him was a way of life practically.

At the moment of him leaning in closer to Masashi, Quinn realized that the boy moved closer to him. That when his smirk widened a bit realizing what he was going to. It was a first step in many on the road to recovering from his ex. He leaned into Masa and captured his lips in a simple yet blissful kiss. After a few seconds he pulled back realizing what he had just done. He accomplished something his mind probably normally would have taken year to try it out. He finally stepped out of his comfort zone. Though, he wasn’t sure how the other boy was going to take it. Its when he spoke about going to a castle that had no prying eyes and leading the way Quinn jumped up quickly knowing the perfect spot the two could go and hang out at.

The arrests that Quinn had were just a bit of the trouble he caused on the city streets. Though, he truly did have some fun when the cops came to arrest him the times he wasn’t fighting. He simply let it go at that point just because a number of things meant a bit of fighting speeding and a few other things he remained unknown for. Masa spoke again figuring out that Nashua was a tough guy, and the fact he added he liked that made all the more difference to him. “Yeah I am. Its kind of fun.” He said feeling like he was now interesting to the other male. It was that moment when he asked how old Quinn was, that he stopped breathing for a moment. He probably wasn’t much older than the boy. “I am twenty-five actually. How about yourself Masashi?” Quinn asked him the same question hoping that they were on the same boat for age groups.

"then i'll be a perfect student~" though... when he said perfect it actually meant he'd be giving his 'teacher' a rough time. because what teacher really wants an angelic student anyway? teachers needed a bit of a rough time, just so they could see how well they were doing. besides. masashi had never been a perfect student. he'd pulled pranks. he'd flirted with the teachers. he'd even taken to writing essays that had nothing to do with the topic he was given. this would be quite like those times though. he'd behave himself. mostly. and he was looking forward to, maybe, having a bit of reward for his good behavior. and maybe a bit of punishment for the bad. he mentally shook the thoughts away before they got out of hand. first things first. he couldn't very well get a reward before the 'classes' even started. besides. the here and now were more important anyway. especially considering how very close they had gotten. the blond had moved closer to him, he had leaned down a bit to match the movement. and that's where masashi actually thought it would stop. not because that's where he wanted it to stop, of course. if that had been the case, he'd have moved back again after. he'd simply thought the other might not move it any further. and really. he wouldn't have been able to complain. while he was something of a expert in one-night-stands, he didn't want this to be another one of those. but even though this had moved as quickly, the kiss itself proved that this would be different. simple. nothing forceful or hurried about it. and he returned the simplicity as best he could. it was a bit hard for the pyro to let quinn pull away though. all the same, he grinned. 'no need to worry. it's not ending here.' they'd be heading off to a castle. they'd be spending the rest of the night together. he was a little restless, definitely not used to taking things slow. and he was very much aware that this wasn't even taking it all that slow. they'd exchanged names and a kiss already. he'd have died if he'd had to really take things slow. such was not his lifestyle. and changing the way one's done things for multiple years is something that's hard to do. especially all of a sudden and to any real extreme. no. this pace was plenty slow enough, in his book. the raven boy wasn't short or anything, but the age difference, physically anyway, was much more noticeable when the blond stood up. it wasn't too huge a difference. but it was still there. one couldn't receive someone else's age without giving their own. normally, one would tell their own information before asking. that's how it should be done. that was the polite way. masashi was normally one to be polite in that aspect. perhaps he should have left this question behind, for quinn to bring up whenever he wanted. because there wasn't a good way to answer. not without being 'just a kid', a complete liar, or needing to explain why he looked like 'just a kid'. decisions, decisions. and he was such a horrible liar to begin with. he felt a bit deflated upon deciding to be honest. at least in the physical sense. he'd be that way for a long time. so if someone couldn't handle him at seventeen now, how would they handle him looking the same later? twenty-five though, that was a bit of a jump. the older men he'd spent time with before hadn't cared about the gap at all because they'd been looking for a kid to play with. Quinn loved teaching; though, never really taught anyone a language. It wasn’t hard he knew if someone would try hard enough they could succeed in everything. It was also the simple fact that he learned three very different languages over the years. He smiled as Masa responded about being the perfect student; somehow he knew this would be a good chance to put it to the test. He remembered back to his little sister when he taught her how to do math beyond her grade level. It was rough due to the two kids always managed to argue over who was right and who was wrong. Sadly they both ended up taking it to their mother, who in turn would explain to them the rules of math. “Good, just don’t make it too hard on me… I am not a great teacher.” He said jokingly. Quinn felt he had a special bond already started with this male. Not only to say that they had a lot in common but he was starting to crush on Masashi. Nashua remembered times like these where he would spend with a distant memory aka his ex in the parks enjoying their time together.

That memory of course was filled with sadness and what felt like betrayal. Quinn knew that something like that could not happen again. The blond let his mind stay still for a moment, and thought of nothing but the kiss. It was weird the first time a kiss was so simple but yet there wasn’t an awkward moment after the fact either. He let out a sigh of relief knowing that the feeling was mutual at this point. He smiled happily knowing that he could move on to the next stage without an issue. “So we should go to the castle now; since it is becoming that time where all of the tourist leave.” Quinn said happily. He was glad that Masa not to worry. Though, that sentence uttered made him a bit anxious to see what would happen next. This boy was not average at all it seemed like. Nashua’s head twirled inside like a roller coaster. It was a good thing; he knew they could move on and have no issues with what would happen. It also brought the thought of being just a one night stand or a fling; which, was going to be interesting to see what would happen to that thought.

There was that moment where everything seemed to be quiet; no words were uttered about his police record. It wasn’t awkward and only lasted for a moment. It was when Masashi started to speak that Quinn cocked his head a bit in confusion. He was only seventeen. It made the blond really wonder if the raven haired boy was just messing with him. His knowledge was far beyond a teenager, as well as his maturity. He smirked a bit to himself seeing the bluff of things. He started to think how to put he knew his age wasn’t seventeen into words without giving it away. “Really?” He asked sounding a bit serious. “You’re seventeen?!” he asked him. This time he knew what he was going to say to Masa. Quinn knew the words he could put into a sentence. “I am doubting someone with your knowledge and travel experience is a teenage.” He added after a moment. He wanted to make sure that the raven haired male was lying before he would come out and ask his true age. He had to hand it to the other male, he did look like a seventeen year old.

"looks like you caught me," he said with a light chuckle. he took a moment before saying anything, a bit unsure of how to respond. he couldn't just say he was twenty-seven years old.
