NICKNAMES: Rea or ReaRea

I SWEAR TOGETHER WE'VE BEEN
here before but we never looked away
here before but we never looked away
HAIR: Naturally many colors, like a faded rainbow. Very wavy an flowly.
SKIN: Caucasian
BODY: Curvy and just under average height.
UNUSUAL: Ear piercings (usually wears video game related earrings) and a smallish tattoo on her right shoulder of a skull and crossbones.
OTHER FORM:
In my natural form, my hair becomes much more vibrant. Something like a brilliant rainbow that stretches across the sky after it rains. My irides change from blue to a golden color, and look almost like fire. My pupils disappear, though my eyes are slightly darker where they would be. My ears elongate, more like elf ears than human ears and begin to flicker at the end like a flame. My wavy hair begins to flow more like some sort of cross between water and fire. Perhaps my favorite part of my transformation though, are my wings. They're white wings that sprout from my back with gleaming radience. But... truthfully, they're not completely useful. My wings allow me to jump higher than any other species perhaps, but I cannot honestly fly. I can hover, or glide, and slow landings, and jump unusually high, but I cannot fly.
APPEARANCE:
In my human form, I have gold eyes, somewhat on the lighter side. But because they are very unusual and similar to my true form, I often wear contacts that make my eyes appear blue instead when around humans. My eyelashes are dark and long, giving me something of a natural eyeliner. My hair is long and wavy, but no unmanageable. The color is not the brilliant rainbow of my natural form, but it is still very colorful. Humans would assume I've died my hair like a rainbow, and that it's faded somewhat. Really, it's natural. Though I can fade the color of my hair, I cannot change it to the color of a normal human's. I'm curvy, and not afraid to wear clothes that show off my curves, but I'm no slut. I don't go prancing around in miniskirts in belly shirts or anything. Normally, I wear plain converse for shoes, mismatching socks, jeans, and whatever shirt I pull out of my closet first. Sometimes it's a tshirt, sometimes it's a tank top, sometimes it's low cut. I'll admit it. It's not unusual to see me with headphones on. My favorite are the big cushy kind where you can't hear anybody talking to you. I have my ears pierced, and usually wear earrings like this. I also have a skull and crossbones tattooed on my right shoulder. It's for personal reasons, but if you ask maybe I'll tell you the story.

TWO SEATS INSIDE AN EMPTY ROOM
with one more night what’s left to lose
with one more night what’s left to lose
DISLIKES: Rap, bullies, being proved wrong, obnoxious people, being told what she can't do, feeling weak.
STRENGTHS: Fighting, singing, guitar, video games, schoolwork, card games, Whitefire, flight (barely), increased speed, strength and senses.
WEAKNESSES: Sitting back and doing nothing, following rules, board games, obnoxious people, excessive exposure to water, coldness.
SECRETS: My secret shame is my weakness, something I was born with. I never tell anybody about how weak I was born, because I've fought hard to be strong! Also...I really love cute things!
OVERALL: I may be weak when it comes to my kind, but I will never let that slow me down. I'm outspoken, and a protector of those who can't protect themselves. Never would I let someone sit around and feel useless or lonely if there's anything I can do for them. And if you like to pick on those people, I'm not afraid to show you just how wrong you are. Some people might say I have something of a hero complex, but I don't see anything wrong with wanting to protect the weak.
Maybe you're wondering why someone who's weak as me would think I could protect them? Don't get me wrong, I'm not stumbling around hardly able to stand...anymore. See, though I could hardly walk much of my childhood, I've grown much stronger now. I work hard to keep in shape, and I'm not the type you can just mess around with, or the kind to just let you mess around with others. I can beat anyone who challenges me when it comes to tactics. Except maybe my parents and siblings.
Now the truth is, though I'm a bit anxious to start a fight in a situation where I feel someone is wrongfully being threatened, I don't like fighting much. I'd really rather get along. I love games and physical activities, maybe because I spent the first part of my life deprived of such things. I especially love the chance to exercise my powers. Though I'd rather not fight if I don't have to, I love practice fighting! The exhilaration that comes through the use of my powers, even if they're weaker than my siblings...it's amazing!
Now I guess I should explain my secret obsession as well. Don't. Tell. Anyone. I...have an unholy love for cute things. Animals, babies, stuffed animals...all of it! Even though I don't dress like it, I even love cute clothes like sundresses! I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my style too, but cute things are...well....cute! Ever since I was little, I've always had this stuffed bear my parents got me when I was sick. Now, it's beaten and worn with lots of patches, but I still have him! I'll never get rid of him either. His name's Sir Fluffykins. I'm not sure why, I guess that's just the name I came up with. I call him fluff though.
When it comes to passions, perhaps my favorite is music! I absolutely love to sing! I've even written a couple of songs. I'm pretty good at guitar, though I wouldn't say I'm the best guitarist you'll ever see. I've been playing the guitar since I was little. It was just something I took up when I couldn't go play with my siblings. Another thing I've really grown to love is video games. They were another thing I got into when I couldn't go out and play. Books are nice, and I like reading, but I think I've always liked video games better. Maybe because video games make me feel more like I'm a part of the adventure. Card games were one of the few things I could do with my siblings, along with video games, when I was little. Since I couldn't go outside and play with my brothers and sisters, I got really good at card games because when they were gone I would practice.[/ul]

FATHER: Sero (age unknown)
SIBLINGS: ?
OTHER PEOPLE: n/a
HISTORY: Lets start with my parents. My mother, Roxanne, is the headmistress of Akashibai Academy. She is a pheonix, and when it comes to blood, that's who I mostly take after. My mother is a good one definitely. She's a hard worker and a dedicated person, but still is very mellow and kind. My father, Sero, is a teacher at the academy, and a Guardian Seraphim. I probably take after Sero more when it comes to personality. My love for music and helping the little guy.
When I was born, I was very weak, and hardly cried for air. This of course, was a worrying factor of my existence. I was expected to die within days, and it wasn't until a few weeks after my birth that anyone began to gain any real hope that I would survive. And thus, many people, including my father, set out to search for a cure for my natural weakness.
For the first few years of my life held little excitement because of my fragile state. I was kept under the close watch of both my parents, and rarely was allowed to leave my bedroom, and never alone. I didn't learn to walk until I was three because prior to that, I was too weak to walk. As the years went on, I was able to walk very little and do very little. Excitement was bad for my health. Most of my time was spent reading and playing video games, my only real connection to the outer world. Sometimes, my siblings came to play with me, but never for too long because when they did sometimes I got too excited, and a few times I even lost consciousness. But despite my weakness, I never lost hope, and I was always happy. I found other ways to entertain myself as well, like singing and playing guitar. I always wanted to play violin as a child, just like my father, but the violin takes some endurance that I lacked.
Around age six is when my natural illness really hit me though. For months I was bedridden, hardly able to move. I couldn't read or play video games or card games. Sometimes, Sero would come play his violin to me, or mother would read to me, but it wasn't the same. Even though I was ill, I'd always had some sort of sense of independence. Suddenly, I couldn't even eat by myself. My optimism faded to be replaced with a hollow sadness. I was dying. I could feel it. I didn't want to die because I'd never had the chance to live. After six months of this bedridden state, my body was finally ready to give out.
If it weren't for Sero, I'd have died then. Sero, who'd spent my lifetime trying to find a cure for me, finally had found it. I remember my vision had become fuzzy and dark, but I could still see it. The potion was like rainbows and light. When I drank it, I expected it to taste like candy, but truthfully, it burned. The pain caused me to black out, but when I woke up, I felt...better. I reached out to my parents and for the first time in months a smile touched my face. "Don't worry," I managed to say softly. That was when I began to get better. That potion did other things to me too. My golden eyes had become lighter, as if they were a fire now. Before, my hair had been golden too, but the next time I looked in a mirror, I saw that my hair was the colors of a faded rainbow.
As time went on, I got stronger. The years passed. Soon, I could walk on my own, and eventually I was even playing with my siblings. Things that had seemed impossible were suddenly happening right before my eyes. Within years, I'd even managed to change my form to something more than human. My hair became even more radiant in my non-human form, and my eyes more like a flickering flame. I was so happy. Now...now I thought that I could make my parents proud. That I could be strong like them.
Over the following years, I began training. My mother taught me about the powers of a phoenix, which were the powers I was growing into. My father taught me about my angel half, and how to be strong. I learned to protect myself, and others. My parents, who had been homeschooling me, even let me go to the academy once they thought I was ready. Of course I worked hard on my schoolwork. I still do, and I get excellent grades. I've made friends and enemies, and had all sorts of experiences. Now, I've grown strong, and though I may not be the strongest out there, I'm not afraid to fight for what I believe in.[/ul]
WITH FACES PRESSED AGAINST THE
wall lets show the world what we are about
wall lets show the world what we are about
RP SAMPLE: Reagan strode down the hallway with a small group of friends chatting happily. Today, she wore a tank top with jeans that fit comfortably around the curves of her hips. As usual, converse decorated her feet. She led the group down the hallway, colorful hair dancing behind her from the slight breeze created by walking. "Have you guys seen that new detective movie?" she asked the question over her shoulder to her other friends cheerily. It had been a good days. Classes were going smoothly as ever, and nothing seemed to be putting a damper on her day. Well, until...
"Ah. Miss Reagan." Reagan turned around to find that a teacher, Professor Riordan, had approached her. "I have a delivery for you from your father." Reagan took the note from him and smiles, looking up at the tall, admittedly rather handsome teacher. "Thanks," she said with a nod. Riordan nodded and walked away. Reagan opened the note while her friends waited patiently. After scanning it quickly, she looked up at her friends with a smile. "Gotta go. I'll catch up with you guys later." They nodded and bid their farewells as they walked off. Adjusting her pack on her shoulder, Reagan turned to walk in the opposite direction.
Sero's note had bid Reagan go to the girls dorm to and check around to rooms. It seems there was a thief on the school grounds. Reagan assumed her father had gone to check the boys dorms himself, and sent the rest of the Defense Squad out to check around other places the thief might be hiding. However, Reagan didn't quite make it so far.
"Hey! Watch it!" the girl shouted angrily as a boy who looked to be a few years older than her bumped into her. He flashed her a charming grin, and continued walking. Reagan placed her hands on her hips, and stood to watch him go with a glare when she realized...her iPod was no longer in her pocked. "H...Hey!" she yelled taking off after the boy. "Stop!" But obviously, her words didn't do much to help the situation. The boy took off running too, laughing. Reagan gritted her teeth and sped up a little. Not to day sucker...
The pursuit didn't last long. Just as the boy turned into an empty classroom, Reagan caught up with him. She had him cornered. "Hey! You took my iPod!" she snapped angrily. "Are you the one who's been thieving around?!" The boy scoffed, and grinned playfully. She noted his fox ears and tail. He must have been a kitsune. "Maybe," he trilled in amusement. He held out her iPod to her with a playful grin. "Since you caught me, I'll give it back though." Reagan grabbed him by the wrist, and snatched her iPod back, but did not let go. "I'm taking you to my father," she announced. "He'll punish you."
The Kitsune looked far from angry or frightened. Rather, he looked amused, He leaned forward, which surprised Reagan. He slowly backed her into a wall, but she didn't let go. Why was he getting so close? "Back off!" she snapped. "It's called personal space!" "You're cute when you're angry," he replied in a smooth voice. Reagan's eyes widened slightly. "What? Don-" but she was cut off before she could say anything else as the Kitsune planed a kiss on her lips. He leaned back, licking his lips and looking satisfied. Suddenly, Reagan realized she'd let go of him. She lunged forward to grab him. "Sneaky bastard!" But it was too late. The Kitsune escaped, and when Reagan made it out of the room after him, he had disappeared in the crowd. Reagan gritted her teeth angrily. Bastard... She'd have to tell her father now... [/ul]
