I SWEAR TOGETHER WE'VE BEEN

here before but we never looked away
HAIR: Dark brown with a gold tinge and shine to it. Usually in messy braids with a puffed top. Will sometimes have leaves and branches stuck in it
SKIN: Caucasian but very pale most of the year except Summer when she is constantly in the sun
BODY: Tiny and skinny yet strong
UNUSUAL: Has twigs and branches stuck in her hair constantly. Always looks mischievous. Has a little abnormal mark on her right cheek shaped like a triangle but angle upwards to her eye from under her chin
OTHER FORM: Hair goes bleached blond and her wings are red and feathered. Usually wears a white dress and has completely white eyes.
APPEARANCE:
Normally, Chelsea is quite nature-filled with her pick of hairstyle and choice of outfit. Her dark brown and slightly crimped-looking hair is usually in two messy braids with the top puffed up by hairspray and it's natural look. She has two little light black triangles that extend from under her chin to just below her eyes. The cause of these little triangles is uncertain. Her clothing usually consists of tank tops and shorts and capris. Her tennis shoes are her best friend with a bright pink pattern lacing across the gray and black fabric of her shoes. Chelsea is sometimes seen trying to brush her hair and sometimes the product turns out like this. She doesn't have her ears pierced or anything like that. She doesn't like anything on her body except of course her skin, dirt, mud, and branches and leaves. She likes the plain, earthy look for everything including her make up. She doesn't wear it, of course. Chelsea happens to be kind of short, and sometimes it bugs her. Her height has some advantages like being able to squeeze into small places anyone normal sized would have trouble fitting into.
In her other form, Chelsea possesses red, feathery angel wings and blond hair. The reason she gets light blond hair when she changes forms is unknown. She loses most of her normal appearance besides that childish, mischievous look in her eyes and molten gold eyes. Her height is not improved either in her Asteriae form. She usually is in a white, knee-length dress and barefoot. Her hair is usually kept in a braid or ponytail. Her wings are large, maybe spanning from 5-7 feet. She has never measured them completely to the inch except from how tall her room is and how far her wings stretch across it. They are messy and a dark red-brown and always decorated with twigs and leaves. She is usually found in sunny places when she is in her Asteriae form and her hair shines in the sunlight.

DISLIKES:

[/li][li]Braggers
[/li][li]Cold Weather
[/li][li]The Water Students
[/li][li]Getting Tired
[/li][li]Bedtime
STRENGTHS:
[/li][li]Anything to do with woody areas- Chelsea knows any forest from top to bottom and if she doesn't, can navigate her way out with little trouble. She also can blend into her surroundings and especially loves the dirt and trees.
[/li][li]Knots- Everything about them. She can tie them, use them as weapons (self-defense, right?), and just occupy herself until something interesting happens.
[/li][li]Physical Activity- She is extremely fit and loves to run around and isn't afraid to get messy. A little dirt never hurt is her complete motto. Anything to do with making her heart pump, Chelsea is totally in.
[/li][li]Scissors- She just loves those sharp ones. She can be really scary if she gets angry and has her scissors on her.
WEAKNESSES:
[/li][li]The Dark- It is nearly impossible for her to see in darkness, and truthfully, she has a huge fear of the darkness. It's just something she doesn't like and prefers not to be around.
[/li][li]Hellfire- It's a natural weakness of her species. And she hates any kind of burning thing.
[/li][li]The School Grounds- Being so much shorter than the kids at the school has it's disadvantages. She tends to get run over by the big kids and she may act tough, but she's kind of a wimp. She is really short, and no one can see her unless she is standing on something.
[/li][li]Cold Weather- It gets her spirits down considerably. She can barely move, and hates when the weather isn't warm. Chelsea sees this as a reason she cannot move around in this weather. It isn't warm so it isn't Chelsea.
SECRETS:
[/li][li]Is deathly afraid of the dark
OVERALL:
If there was ever a fun and bubbly girl it was Chelsea. She is a sweet spirit and always sees the positive side of things even when things look bad and dark. Chelsea is kind of bossy when it comes to the students at the school. Since Sero and Roxi are her parents, she finds it hard to believe she isn't very important and should be treated as such. She isn't as important as she believes however, and this is good because she likes to be alone most of the time. She likes to explore and learn new things despite the fact she looks like a ragamuffin half the time, and is sure it is completely acceptable to look like that. She is quite adventurous and isn't afraid to take risks when she is alone or in front of the other students. She is a risk-taker and loves to pick on anyone smaller than her, which isn't very many people considering her height and body build is nothing and nothing.
Chelsea has a bossy and mean side behind all her cute adventurer side that is usually present as she frolics around the woods and rolls around in the dirt. The fact that she rolls around in dirt all day is a contributing factor to the fact her bossy side rarely shows it's ugly face to the public. She is awfully kind to her family, however, and is a little angel to them. Its so it isn't weird when she denies being rude to students. She isn't rude very often, only when they get in her face or talk about her bad. This is territory for her to attack or at least harass them in a minor/major way. It depends on the category of offense in which she reacts. It is like her other side even though it is still her, just defensive-Chelsea. [/li][/ul]

FATHER: Sero (Unknown)
SIBLINGS: Reagan; 17
OTHER PEOPLE: Her family inspires her
HISTORY:
Okay, let me get one thing straight. I'm not a normal child. I never have been and I never will be. Not many kids you know are 14, look way younger than that, are incredibly short, live on campus with her parents who are a Phoenix and Guardian Seraphim. My dad is the Guardian Seraphim and my mom is the Phoenix. I really do like being in a family with them and my older sister Reagan. They're really fun to be around and I know they love me and want the best for me. But my heart belongs to no one. I've seen too many hearts break around me. I've seen too much for being this young, and sometimes I think I worry my parents. My passion for the dirt started awhile ago, almost when I was five. But there's more to my story than my love for dirt and trees.
When I was born, I was like any other baby besides my red wings and big golden eyes. People would gawk at my eyes. They said it was like staring into melting gold. Of course, what was I to know. I was just a wee child at the time. My life was particularly normal at that point. I was healthy, energetic, and a bundle of fun. That's when my life took a turn for the worst it could get. It was something my parents weren't quite intact for. It's not like everyday your baby girl is kidnapped by some strange men demanding a ransom. And to make it worse, I was barely one at the time. They wanted a ransom of nearly 4 million dollars. Something my parents were not able to raise so quickly. My life was almost taken if it hadn't been for my loyal family.
They rescued me in the nick of time and my life was spared. It's something I can barely remember now, but I'm sure it was pretty nerve racking for my parents. My sister, Reagan, played a huge role in my life from there on out. It was like they were afraid to let me do anything. By the time I was 3, I loved the outdoors. My family wouldn't let me go out there alone, though I persisted to leave the house on my little adventures that nearly gave my family heart attacks. There wasn't a huge age difference between me and Reagan, so we got alone pretty good besides a few arguments that siblings have. It was like we were two different people besides the fact we were family and were pretty much supposed to be best friends. I loved something more at that point. Not just sneaking out.
Dirt. I loved dirt. It was fun to roll around in when it was rainy outside and I could get super messy only to my parents dismay. I never really was sure what Reagan thought about my little obsession with the earth. To bring my parent's attention away from it being odd in my liking, I asked to start a garden. It was finally okay for me to be outside all by myself. It was like a dream come true to the little 6-year-old girl I was. I would sit outside all day tending my flowers and vegetables and fruit trees. My garden started to expand great distances. It started from a little piece of land Dad had set aside for me to use. Soon it was nearly too big for me to care about each individual plot of land. I would be exhausted each night and would sleep for hours on end, leaving me little time to tend my growing garden.
It became a routine for me. Eat breakfast and go tend to the garden. Then go inside for lunch then it was back outside to my garden. Dinner time then back outside. And it was then I went to bed and the routine would start over again. It was not only exhausting and not good on my young body, but it was unhealthy. I was nearly working myself to death. Mom and Dad had to make me stop my garden and replaced it. I felt so alone with nothing to do all day when I wished I was outside tending to plants. That's when I finally took up exploring. It was like a rejuvenating slap in the face. The world was so big compared to me, and I wanted to explore it. I would dream of going outside and running around.
Now, I still love to explore and roll around in the dirt. It's like my only way to escape and have a place where my life makes sense when the rest of the world doesn't look at me the same way. To the rest of the world, I'm not normal. I'm a mixed blood between a Phoenix and a Guardian Seraphim. It's not something that happens everyday. But, I'm proud to say I am an Asteriae. It's not like I have a dull and boring species. I now reside on the campus of Akashibai Academy where my Mother is the Headmaster and my Father is a Security Consultant. I attend classes and still love to eat leaves. I have my quirks, but I know I'm loved. I can make friends if I wanted to. And the students here can be especially nice to me. I love it. [/ul]
WITH FACES PRESSED AGAINST THE
wall lets show the world what we are about
wall lets show the world what we are about
RP SAMPLE:
Tell me when! I shouted in my mind, hoping I would know when to jump and when was the perfect time so nothing bad happened to me. My eyes narrowed down, tracing along the trees to find a good perch for me to land on. There were none in sight, yet the tree branch I was standing on was standing to make noises as if it was starting to snap. It wasn't a sturdy branch, which was probably the reason it was having a hard time supporting my weight. The tree branches I was going to jump for were far too far away for me to jump to safely. And the pond was under me, to make things worse. That meant that there might be water students waiting down there, and they were the only kind of students I did not enjoy being around.
I finally leaped, letting my braids flick around as the wind snapped them in every direction. The branch was coming nearer and nearer, and to my dismay, disappeared above my head. It was the most terrifying feeling. Falling was officially one of my least favorite feelings. It was like my head was being separated from my shoulders and my organs being pulled upwards. I closed my eyes tight and let myself fall in an armadillo pose. I was freaking out, and almost started to scream. I wondered how long I had been falling. No way in the world had I been up that far... Suddenly, I was shocked back into reality with the feeling of water entrapping me it's cold snare. I spread my limbs out, splashing around in a desperate pursuit to escape it all. I could barely breathe at that point.
A cold hand wrapped around my right arm near my elbow but on my upper arm. It tugged me hard to the surface. I had landed almost smack dab in the middle of the pond, to the grace of the Lord. The middle was the deepest part if I recalled correctly. The hand tugged me to the shore and threw me onto the grassy shore. I gasped for air, pounding my fist against my chest. My eyes were stinging from all the water making violent contact with my poor eyes. I rubbed them with my fists, blinking hard to see the person who had saved me. The hand had been quite small, and I guessed without seeing the person who had saved me from the pond. My eyes finally cleared as well as my throat and I got a good stare at my savior.
She had golden blond hair and it was kept back in a ponytail and braids. There was a bright, fluorescent, blue headband kept back the braids and the lighter blond bangs to the side. Her eyes were hazel-green and looked like they were made of ice. I jumped a little when I saw her outfit. It consisted of a yellow bikini and a short skirt with a tool belt that was longer than the skirt. Mom had always dressed me and told me that kind of dress was inappropriate. She was a student from the school. I could tell right off the bat by just looking at her. She was shivering from the water, and I suddenly realized she might be a water student. If she was a water student and had saved me from a watery grave, she might be in danger. She could transform on land, and that could be life-threatening.
"A-are you okay?" I asked, shaking off the water that was clinging to me. I glanced up at her. She was breathing pretty hard, and that got me worried. Had I caused that? If I had, would Mom and Dad be angry with me? What if I got grounded and couldn't go outside for awhile? The thoughts were starting to flow around freely in my head and I looked visibly nervous. Oh it was not a good thing to be grounded! "It's okay, kid. I'm fine." Came her answer, almost as a shock to me. I could barely think and she said everything was okay. I glanced nervously around, especially at the girl. She looked quite better now that she had gotten her breath back as well. [/ul]
