Swimming around(open)

[ADALIA]

Typical boring day in school as nothing really seemed to happen here. A beautiful blond headed girl made her way around the school as it was a new chance to kind of be laid back and not be center of attention. This blond headed girl was called Adalia or Addie for short. She was a mermaid student who was needed to get to the water at least get refreshed her skin so she wouldn’t die. She walked out of the school heading towards the pond so she could take a swim. Addie figured that she could take a dive into the pond to refresh herself. She carried her bright pink messenger bag along her side as she walked to the pond. She bit her lip kind of hoping no one would see her just because she was going to go into her actual form for the relaxation. Her blond hair was pulled up high in a ponytail and her bangs and bits of her hair fell down in front of her eyes as she walked seeing no students were around. A little sigh of relief that no one was around to really see her walk out. Inside her mind though she kind of hoped that someone would at least keep her company.

Adalia found herself at the pond finally after a little bit of a walk. She looked at the calm water hoping it wasn’t too cold for her to get into it. She moved towards the pond itself, and took off her skirt and shirt revealing a full piece swim suit underneath. She always wore the swim suit just in case she switched back into her human form. She slid into the water and sighing as she transformed into her mermaid form. She revealed her true self, green hair golden eye creature as she always called herself. Addie smiled a little feeling the water against her somewhat scaly skin that she had. Her green tale came out of the water as she looked at it to make sure nothing had happened to it. She smiled sinking down into cool water and started swimming around in a little circle as she attempted to get her in take for her skin.

Addie came up from underneath the water having her eyes closed as she surfaced. She smiled opening up her eyes looking around seeing no one around. She hoped out of the water sitting on the water’s edge wondering about this actual pond and what it truly was up with the water. It was kind of funny she heard the legends about how it’s supposed to give magical powers or enhance water student powers. Of course Adalia didn’t believe the legend about enhancing her powers or anything like that. She heard someone in the distance as she decided she would keep herself in her natural form. Adalia figured that they weren’t human so she decided her human form wasn’t needed. She slid back in the water and started to splash around.

[VALUS]

Valus was almost an emotional wreck at this point but he hid it well. Outside he was the same sarcastic easygoing person he always was but he was a bit off. His face looked more stern and farm more serious. He had his hands in his pockets while his guitar case was on his back.

Valus's head was riped with doubt and hatred towards himself. He was going to keep going on no matter what. He noticed that it was getting late and students were not around. Well- None that were in the human form as it was so he kept it that way. He was going to stick to his own human form so he would be recognized as a teacher.

Most Teachers were not allowed to change into their true form for fear of killing a student or another teacher. Or even destroying the school for their goal.

Valus was no exception. He was a fighter but he knew what the limits are to the school.

He never knew when evil would strike. But he was going to keep this school in check no matter the cost.

He shook his head after he had a thought of Vikki and heard splashing as he looked around to try to find the sound's origin. He was good at it in small places but not on his own while being outside. He made his way to the pond with his hand behind his back just in case and saw a green haired girl sitting at the the pond and as it slid back in to swim and splash Valus would move closer. As a teacher- he could do no less.

"Hey, having fun?" He said with a smile on his face. He laughed a bit as what seemed to be either a B-class or C-class student was in the water splashing about and he leaned on a tree close by. He was going to go into the water at this point in time. At least not yet.

"Kind of Rare to see a single student just swimming around for no reason."

[ADALIA]

Addie loved the water; well she kind of had too since being a mermaid one thing was for sure she didn’t really care that she was in her natural form it seemed like forever for her to be in this form. She went underneath the water getting her hair wet figuring that this would be a good way to enjoy the nice day. It was survival for her to be in the water and she knew she was going to have to stay near water more than she had before as she was becoming an adult that and she was used to being in the water more than an hour or two a day. She bit her lip when she heard a voice coming from behind her, kind of shocked to see a teacher out as school was done for the day. Of course that was kind of figuring they didn’t have much of a life but that was Adalia’s thinking sometimes. “Hi… Yeah of course.” She said with a little laugh as she came closer to the edge of the pond. She knew she didn’t know much of the teachers or for that matter she didn’t know the students around the school. Adalia was beyond new and well for her she was still getting use to weather changes, as she was use to somewhat cold weather and water everywhere. She felt weird being in her mermaid form and not her human form that most teachers were used to.

She started playing with the glass along the side of the pond, her gold eyes would glance up at him every once and a while to see if he was still there. Addie didn’t mind the company, she actually enjoyed someone there. It was when the teacher spoke again she focused on him again. She laughed at what he said about it was rare to see students swimming around for no reason. “If it helps any on this matter I am use to living in water so swimming around is nothing new.” She said brushed it off as if it was nothing. Her fin came out of the water only to splash back in. She didn’t mind showing off the fin she had it was a part of who she was… well the side she covered during the school day at least. Adalia dunked into the water as she wasn’t sure what the teacher would do if he was coming into the water or if he was just there to make sure she didn’t do anything that could be seen by humans. She knew the risk of humans finding her; there was always the dark side of Addie that no one would see ever.

She swam back to the edge looking at the teacher again; she was really trying to get a vibe on him. Really Adalia had a little trust issues with most people. This was because of her past and how she was pretty independent for her age. “So did you come out to swim?” She asked him curious now why he was just standing by the tree.

[VALUS]

Valus had listened to what she had to say- She was a mermaid. Which means that she was a B class.

She had asked Valus if he was going to swim and he sighed. He wasn't big on swimming unless he had to.

"Not really. I just like to walk around the pond as it is. Not a big swimmer in me."

He perfered to walk around and just think to himself. His red cloak covered most of his body as he was trying to survey the area so he could get a look at some other areas of the pond so he could make sure the site was safe.

He was big on safety of the school. He took his hands out of his body and he shook his head slowly. She was in her true form and so was Valus- Well.. His human form. He sat near the edge of the pond and looked at her. with a raised eye brow he placed the guitar case beside him and put his hand out for a handshake if she took it.

"Valus G'Layus. Power Control and Wanted Stage Technician."

He said with a smile on his face to try and get her to feel safe around him somewhat.

He was going to set up a small task force to protect the school. But that was something for later. He wanted to see who in the school had the will to do it and the will to survive and lead when the chips are down.

Valus had awaited for her to even respond to his offer before he opened his mouth saying.

"Mermaid? Hmmm Haven't seen one in a while. It's nice to see at least one swimming around."
