Classroom:

[/u] than any of the others. The wall with the door is painted a dark red, and the wall opposite is covered with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the Forbidden Forest. Like in other classrooms, the glass is protected by a magical ward.

One of the two remaining walls is covered with cupboards, with one drawer assigned to each student who takes the class. These are the only storage spaces available to the students, but they are fairly large. The remaining cupboards contain classroom supplies. There is a rumor that one of them is filled with all of Rania's favorite sweets, but it has yet to be found out if this is true.

The one remaining wall is covered with paintings and diagrams of animals made by Rania's brother, Tre Hawthorne. There are also some small tables lined up against this wall where all of her pets live. There are two guinea pigs, two parakeets, an ant farm, and several small fish in a large fishbowl.

Students -- and Rania, because she has no desk of her own -- sit around a circular mahogany table in the center of the room. It is an unspoken rule of the classroom, however, that students may sit wherever they want, and Rania herself usually ends up sitting on top of the table rather than in a chair.[/ul]
Class description:

[/u] in general, then with the organs and biological processes unique to animals. Students will also familiarize themselves with animals by taking care of Rania's pets, creating projects, and taking field trips.[/ul]
