Travis opened his glowing red eyes, blinking away the sleep. At first he couldn’t remember where or when he had fallen asleep. He suddenly remembered falling asleep while doing his homework at the library, he jerked straight up and ended up hitting his knees on the table. The young man flinched at the loud noise and looked around to see if he disturbed anyone. From the perspective of the other students, it might have looked like he was giving them a menacing glare that told them to not even dare to look. Most students who had looked up ended up quickly looking away so as not to stir up trouble.
Ignoring their nervous reactions, Travis stretched his cramp his muscles. Last night he had stayed up a little to late and ended up not getting much sleep. Sighing he closed his textbook and leaned back in his chair. His ran his long fingers through his long blond hair, lifting his long bangs off his glowing red eyes. He was wearing his usual white button up shirt, with the top few buttons unbuttoned. He personally thought shirts were constricting, but in order to not make things more awkward than they already were, Travis did in fact wear shirts outside of the dorms. The unbuttoned shirt now showed some of the tattoo on his neck and chest.
Of course he looked intimidating, that is what was his father had gone for. His father encouraged the long hair and ear piercings to make him look more intimidating and dangerous. All he wanted was for Travis to be a guard dog that protected his family’s position and profit as mafia leaders. However, Travis was a disappointment because, despite his looks, he is a gentle guy. He didn’t like fighting for no reason and wanted o make friends more than anything. Of course not many people wanted to be close to a mean looking mafia boss’ son.

the hallway fell silent as the female made her way down it. her boots were completely silent against the floor and that probably freaked the students out even more. it was weird for an S class to be out and about. especially when school hasn't started for them yet. as of right now the female and her brother were the only two S class in the whole school. that would change once the student count went up.
"alright look take a freaking picture or get on with your lives. I'm not here to pick fights with anyone. if you want a fight look for alexander. I'm sure he'll give you a run for your money."
the female snapped spinning around on her heel. the students gasped before they scattered like ants. a sigh escaped from her as she turned back around and headed for the library. she wanted to do more research on a few of the species that were showing up in the school. running her fingers through her hair, she let her fingers wrap around a few strands before her hand hung loosely at her side. the female wore it down today and it was really long. she was almost tempted to pull it back but decided against it. pushing open the door to the library, the soft chatter that was going on among the students silenced. oh come on.
"what I can't use the library?"
a growl came from her and the door beneath her fingers blackened. now she was just getting annoyed. the students all returned to what they were doing but there was even more tension in the air as she entered. great just great. now she'd never get anything done.

T R A V I S Travis noticed the students getting anxious again as a female student burst into the library. She was tall and had an icy look in her eyes. The part of the door her hand was touching was blackening from her anger. The students’ nervousness around did annoy the heck out of Travis at times also. Why were they so judgmental? He could see that she wasn’t a person to mess with. Travis of all people knew how scary women could get. She didn’t make him feel like he had to be constantly on guard like he was around his sister. That didn’t mean he was looking down on the other woman, it just meant he knew a scarier woman fighter. He just looked away casually unlike the other students who looked like they wanted to book it, no pun intended. Two mean and tough looking people in the same place. Who would have guessed they would both would want to read a book. He flipped the textbook back open to start working again, but couldn’t seem to concentrate with all those curious stares. What did expect him to do? Get up and punch the other student because she had wanted to use the library. That wasn’t how Travis rolled. He was gentle, not violent. There were those times when he lost his temper and started commotions, but he was still working on that part.

her eyes roamed over the room and settled on one student in particular. he was a black dog if she remembered correctly. travis or something like that. as she stepped away from the door, she pulled the darkness with her and it sucked into her nails. maybe she could sit with him. everyone seemed to be avoiding him. the female walked passed everyone and headed to the species history section. roxanne said there was a book that contained a ton of different species in it.
running her fingers over the spines of the book, she didn't wince as they blackened lightly before the darkness disappeared. book book book now where was that book. ah. a smile crossed over her face as she pulled out a rather large and rather old looking book. with her find in hand, she carried it back to the sitting area and stopped by travis's table.
"do you mind if I sit here with you? I don't think anyone else would let me sit with them."
the female asked glancing over the rest of the room. they seemed to be watching the two, but not watching the two at the same time. perhaps they were expecting a fight or something. who knows. she wasn't really in the mood for fighting though.

T R A V I S Travis got up to grab a different book as the other female student walked by to find her own book to read. He stood in front of the shelf scanning the covers and lightly reading the titles. He slouched making him look about a foot shorter, and a little more dangerous. It was, of course, a habit of his and most habits were hard to brake. He noticed a book with a black cover and bright red lettering. He pulled it out and studied the cover. It was book all about black dogs. When he thought about it, Travis did really know much about his own kind or about their history. He had only been taught the strengths of his kind. Travis’s good hearing picked up some girls gossiping at the table a little ways off to the right. They were talking about the girl that had just walked in. So her name was Victoria and she was part of S Class. He still couldn’t see his own sister loosing to the other girl considering that he had seen her fight very strong opponents who were going against his families’ mafia group. Then again he hadn’t seen this Victoria girl fight either. He heard them say some bad things and thought it rude to talk about someone like that. Learning this from his older brother, Travis sent a frightening glare towards their table. A chill seemed to pass around the table and they all glanced at him with terror. All their mouths shut tightly. Scared for their lives, the three girls grabbed their things in a hurry and quickly left the library. Great, more rumors to be spread about him. Oh well, it was their fault for talking bad about some one they hardly knew. Then again he didn’t know much about this S Class student either. Shrugging, the black dog young man walked back to his seat and opened the book. He read about their weakness to salt and iron nails, which was why he seemed to shy away from the salt during lunch. It must have been instinct for him to stay way from it. Before he could continue reading, he heard a voice. Was some one really talking to him? He looked up to see Victoria, the girl who had walked in earlier. No wonder she wanted to sit here because he knew she wouldn’t be exactly welcome at the other tables. “Sure.” He said moving his things, which had been scattered all over the table, to make room for her.
