The sun was high in the clear blue sky, only a handful of puffy white clouds dotted the otherwise clear sky. The wind was slight it was a warm and lazy wind gentle to the touch and as it coupled with the warm sun it gave a pleasant feeling to the day. Grass waved gently guided by the invisible hand of the wind as the gentle breeze passed over the academy. It was a pleasant day for all, it was not a cold day, nor hot it was the perfect balance of between that would make this day a rare treat.
"Useless weaklings!" a harsh voice called out it was an angry and irritated voice filled with contempt. The source of the voice was a young man, with thick brown hair and an eye patch. He wore a simple white t shirt that hugged his body tightly, along with plain blue jeans and simple white sneakers. His face was contorted with anger and as his electric blue eye gazed down at several students sprawled out around him. Their bodies battered and bruised as they tried to crawl away from their assailant. "Damn weak low ranking scum!" the man cursed loudly yelling at the defeated as they crawled away from him.
Alexander stood with his arms folded against his chest. Next to him was his sword still in it's sheathe stabbed into the ground and standing straight up next to him. Anger clear on his face he watched as they crawled away from him, on hands and knee's like vermin. It was a disgusting thing for him to see, and there was no denying the temptation to step forward and crush these worthless low class cowards. To anyone who happened by it would appear that Alexander had attacked this group of lower class students and was debating on killing them. The intensity in his single eye certainly suggested that was his train of thought. (not that good sorry but it will pick up once we get going haha)

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseThese days when the weather was not cold enough to inhibit you and not warm enough to wear you out were the perfect days for a predator to be on the prowl. Despite the fact that she was no longer in her hunting grounds, no longer a hunter, Naiomi still felt just a little antsy during these days if she wasn't outside and moving. She certainly couldn't sit down and study, or even read her beloved poetry tucked away in a hidden nook on campus. She had to be moving.
She was perhaps a little under-dressed for the weather all the same. It may not have been cold, but wearing a small and tight pair of jean shorts and a tube top that didn't even cover her honed naval probably wasn't a wise idea on a day like this. But Naiomi wasn't a big fan of clothing outside of certain social circumstances when she took the time to enjoy it a little, times when she actually wore a dress, for example. At least she wasn't completely ignorant of the cold; her legs were covered with long stockings and she had on a long black jacket that fell to her knees.
That was her reason for being out and about on that day, and she found herself wandering by one of her favorite haunts. The fields, where they had many a sporting event and plenty of training gear. She was often found running that track. But today was different, since she wasn't going there for the exercise, merely for a walk. Or at least that was her original intent, but as a passer-by she couldn't quite ignore the spectacle that was unfolding in her domain. A young man standing around a bunch of beaten and battered students, talking down to them.
Naiomi wasn't one to stand condescension. Maybe it wasn't wise to get tangled up in other's affairs, but condescension was a useless human invention and she didn't see any point for it. "Oi, nobody likes a bully," she challenged as she stepped up to the very outer portion of the circle of crawling students. Maybe it was a bit hypocritical for her to talk about preying on the weak, considering that's what she did for most of her previous life, but that was out of a need to survive, this was merely a pointless show of force.

Alexander's attention was drawn away from the defeated students on the ground and his gaze slowly turned to the new comer. A pretty girl who seemed quick to step into business that was no hers, Alexander smiled just a little as he sized her up with his one eye. "Yes, your right no one likes a bully" The smile on his face twisted into a sinister grin and he leaned forward just a little. "Get out of here low class students, and if you ever do it again you won't walk away with your lives" His words were flat and filled with malice and intent as the students scrambled out of the way and took off running.
"Now that the scum of the low class have left, how about you take their place?" He choose his words carefully, a hint but a subtle one before he decided to provoke her further. He wasn't lying but if she knew the full story she might be less inclined to..."Give me a fight..if I'm not mistaken your aura seems to be that of an A class student, probably a kitsune or wyvern..don't worry little girl I won't go all out" Alexander spoke down on her deliberately to try and provoke her. He had grown adept at picking out the different races by their human forms it was narrowed down quite easily.
"After all, if I went all out it would be to easy!" Grabbing his sword by the handle he pulled it out of the ground and tossed it into the air spinning. "My name is Alexander, shall we begin?" His words were sly as he looked at her catching the falling weapon just above the hand guard so he wasn't holding the weapon by the handle but above the hilt and grasping the sheathe. The sheathed point was aimed at the girl and Alexanders smile dissipated as he looked at her, his electric blue eye sparkling with energy. Finally a fight that would be worth having!
So far most of the students at this school were weak and cowardly, more often then not the girls of this school had more fight in them then the guys. Alexander was expecting a lot from this girl, if she didn't give him a good enough fight he would have to go out and about to find someone else...if there was anyone else at least. This school was proving disappointing.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseNaiomi's fists clenched tight and her knuckles turned white as the boy spoke. Each and every word that came out of his mouth seemed to grind on her nerves more and more, causing her temper to flare. A deep rage built up from her core. Her teeth clenched as the other students fled away from him, covering their bruises and limping away in fear. They were lower class students, sure they were weaker than either her or this guy, but they didn't deserve him to beat upon them so easily.
But it was probably when he called her 'little girl' that really made her angry. If he was looking for a fight, he certainly knew how to get one out of her. The hot-headed wyvern shrugged off her jacket and let it fall to the ground, her hands raising and cracking her knuckles as she scowled at him. If looks could kill she'd have already won this coming fight, but as it were she could only stare daggers at him. He was obviously a higher class student, considering the confidence with which he carried himself and the way he recognized her right away.
Not to mention the swarm of students he just sent limping away to lick their wounds.
Two sides clashed inside of her at that very moment. Her predatory nature said it was an obvious trap, that he was goading her on to make her actions more brash. But that side was a mere whispered compared to the much louder, more obnoxious voice of her anger that was crying for blood. "You really know how to piss me off," she grunted, and then she watched his little spectacle of flipping his sword around and pointing it at her, challenging her. Her scowl became a smirk.
"You might want to unsheath that thing. Mine don't have sheaths to protect you," she said as the skin on her forearms split open, a blade emerging from either arm and curving backward until the point was just past her elbow, the sharp edge running from her wrist upward. Her fingernails thickened and curled outward into pointed claws, turning razor sharp, and a snake-like tail wormed its way out from her backside, several barbs growing out of the end. Her smirk now contained fangs and her eyes glowed a bright red. "So what do you have?" she growled.

Alexander's response to her validating his taunt was to laugh just a little. "well if it makes you feel better, the same taunts generally work on everyone" usually it was pretty easy to push most of the students buttons at this school, the same basic set of taunts and insults got their blood burning without much of an issue. It was sadly easy to get these students to react though Alexander wouldn't complain because that meant it was easier to get them to fight.
He watched the girl change her form, she was certainly a wyvern that was clearly obvious unless she was a kitsune trying to use an illusion but that was doubtful. "Hmm...unsheathe this sword? You haven't shown me your claws are sharp enough little one" Pulling his sword from it's sheath was a game changer and he wouldn't do that unless she pushed him to a corner. "Sorry to disappoint but unlike you lower class students I don't change my shape to increase my strength, what you see for the most part is exactly what you get"
He laughed lightly, umbra demons didn't have alternate forms. As he was now, sword sheathed supernatural powers repressed physically he was at an A class level perfect for a hard fight against a wyvern. Alexanders one eye looked at the girl in her form it certainly wouldn't be an easy fight but that was why he was looking forward to it. His blood surged with excitement and every fiber of Alexanders being looked forward to seeing just what this girl could do.
"Hmm lady gets the first move" Alexander spoke lightly as he bowed a little as a mock gentleman, or perhaps he was sincere about it. It was hard for anyone to tell if they didn't know him well. His grip on the sheath tightened ever so slightly, the way he was holding the sword was awkward and made it harder to wield and less effective which was right up the demons ally. "SHOW ME YOUR POWER! AND MAKE ME REGRET CALLING YOU A LITTLE GIRL IF YOU CAN! His eye went flat as he challenged her loudly and angrily, his entire demeanor changing.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseOh this bastard was going down. Naiomi's rage was at a boiling point, but that wasn't saying anything. As a wyvern she had an inherently hot temper, and this guy was somehow managing to push all of her buttons in one easy go. She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists. Her claws would've punched through her skin, but in her partial form she accessed the toughened scales of her wyvern form as well, though it wasn't nearly as obvious as the rest of her change. Not that it would make much difference here, unless the sword came out. In its sheath it was a bludgeoning weapon and that bypassed any kind of natural defense Naiomi had.
"You should know the name who the girl who's going to teach you not to be a bully, I suppose," she growled, her smirk still spread across her face as she drew false confidence from Alexander's raised voice. "When people ask you can just tell them Naiomi's the one who humbled you, alright?" she practically chirped, digging her feet into the ground and getting ready to spring on the attack. She was a huntress by nature, so she knew better even in her angered state than to attack without thought. Size up your prey and learn where to strike.
In the case of Alexander the answer seemed quite obvious. He wore an eye patch over one eye, which would limit his field of view on that side of his body, making him slower to react. However Naiomi had to consider the fact that she had stumbled upon him having beaten several lower class students with apparent ease. No doubt that glaring weakness had stood out to them as well. She shouldn't make the same mistake, she was an A class student. Clearly if he couldn't see from that side Alexander would have learned to compensate for it, to overcome that weakness.
But the real question was whether or not he would think her to be that foolish. Most people were when they were angry, but even Naiomi couldn't deny her true nature when it came to these situations. She was eager to attack, but her anger wanted to know the most effective route of attack to score the best possible hit. "You're going down you cocky asshole!" she shouted as she dashed forward, her tail whipping behind her. She dodged to the right, making a feint for his side and carrying it through to the utmost limit to be most convincing, before ducking low and readjusting her attack, swiping at his left shoulder with one of her arm blades, looking to cripple him right away, while raising the other up diagonally for any impending counter attacks.

Naiomi was a pretty name in fact Alexander quite liked that name but that was not a fact he would share. Neither was the fact that the bullies were the five students chased off shortly before hand why would he tell her that when he could get a fight out of this girl as she was? Wyverns were easy to pick a fight with their tempers made them fun foes and telling her those facts would just defuse a fun day. He had always been like that more interested in fighting people then talking to them, his sister complained a lot about Alexanders mannerisms when it came to picking a fight with everyone but he had yet to change.
"Come then show me your strength!" he retorted as she told him he was going down, making a charge at him. Her movements were obvious as she rushed towards his blind side, damn wyverns were always so brash with their attacks and it always left them exposed letting their tempers get the better of them. It was only at the last second before she shifted directions he realized her goal was his strong point an impressive move but not one that would work as an opener! At the last second he rushed forward to meet her attack with one of his own, thrusting the blunt end of his sword forward to spear her with the object. Alexander dug his feet into the ground after the thrust and lunged forward again giving her no pause, slashing with the sheathed katana though it's range was shortened. "A good opening move!" he complimented her mid attack.
He twisted his body mid thrust so that her swipe only grazed his shoulder, red hot blood immediately began to flow from his wound as she tore the white shirt. Instantly his body began to heal, he was an umbra demon and his body had powerful healing abilities to the point where light surface wounds didn't last long at all. No one knew how Alexander lost his eye or why it had never regenerated, but it should have due to the umbra's powerful healing. He wasn't invincible though and the red stain on his shoulder was evidence of that.
She had been faster then he had expected, or maybe he had been cocky but he had to assume they were both true and step it up. She had come close with such an obvious attack and that was a sign she wouldn't be a push over. The thought of this made his body surge with glee, even with the stinging pain she had inflicted on him it made him feel so alive! it felt good! He was happy to have such a foe but he wouldn't let her off easy he may not be using his demon powers but he was certainly throwing his strength into his attacks.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseHer attack had struck home. It hadn't done any damage, Naiomi saw immediately, but she had hit her target. That was a good and bad sign. On one hand it meant that she could score other hits, that it was possible. That gave her confidence. However the fact that she had gotten a hit in so easily told her that she would have to make all her future hits much more effective, worthwhile. He was willing to take a hit, so she had to make sure each one he took added up to a greater sum, especially considering his healing factor. It would be difficult not to make killing blows with that mindset, but she could try.
On the other hand there was the expected counter attack. She didn't expect him to just stand by idly while she attacked him and to do this one turn at a time. First she attack, then he attack. That was not the way a fight went. She had approached with one arm on the offensive and the other on the defensive, posed diagonally and ready for any sort of attack. His thrust was met by a cross swipe from her defensive arm, brushing the attack to the side as she simultaneously sidestepped. The swipe that followed up the jab was a little less expected, though she never let her guard down so she wasn't unready for it.
Her arm shot up to block the swing, the sheathed blade colliding with the blade of her left arm. It was her weaker arm, though, and she felt her strength give way in her shoulder against his full blow. To compensate she stepped backward a half step and braced her feet into the ground, then pushed forward, regaining the strength and deflecting the attack. It came at the loss of ground, however, as his defenses would be reestablished by the time she managed to recover from the swipe. A beginner's mistake, her rage was still getting the better of her. She had sacrificed her own defense in favor of that attack, and so she was forced to give up ground when it came down to blocking him.
Which meant she had to remain on the offensive to get back that ground. His healing factor would be a problem, as it meant minor attacks wouldn't take a toll on him, while she would only get more and more fatigued as the fight went on. She had a trick to handle that, however. She braced her feet again and lunged straight at him, leading with a swing of her right blade for his chest followed shortly thereafter by her left blade at his stomach, focusing on vital areas to force him to guard. She fully expected the attacks to be blocked, but while he was preoccupied with that she would fire off one of the poisoned barbs from her tail. The poison would deaden the spot it was injected into and slow him down, allowing her to gain an edge immediately. She had no doubt he would still be a challenge even handicapped.
Yet the entire time she wore a grin across her face as her heart pounded and her mind focused in ways it rarely did among the human world. Adrenaline, the huntress' old friend, pumped and she felt oddly excited about this entire situation.

Alexander's face was a mad grin as she lunged towards him. The world was moving slowly she was an A class student it was a glorious feeling in his current state she was faster. However he wasn't completely outclassed in speed and he swung his sheath hard to parry to the side her first swipe. The thud as she struck the sheath caused his hand to be knocked to the side, he struggled to parry the second attack knocking her swipe away leaving himself exposed and off balance. Chest wide open the poisoned barb flew forward cutting through the air as a blurred motion, Alexanders eye narrowed his sword hand in no position to parry the swing and with great effort he moved his body, feet digging into the soft ground he pushed off and moved backwards in a reverse lunge.
Blood dripped to the ground in light droplets as the thin barb stuck into his hand. It had been close, the barb stuck into the back of his hand as blood dripped from the wound. He wasted no time in pulling the barb out and then he placed a finger nail against the skin and pressed so it drew blood. It stung just a little as more blood oozed out of the wound, and with a single motion his finger nail sliced open the back side of his hand, blood rushed out desperate to be free from his body as it fell to the ground. The gentle green grass was stained with a sinister crimson as blood gushed from his wound. " I don't know what sort of poison you use, but I'm not willing to risk anything" Alexander spoke calmly as blush rushed from his hand. He had barely managed to to block with his hand, better he cut that then his chest, it was easier to bleed the poison from his hand.
This was a fight, she was a tough opponent and not someone he could take lightly at this level. Pulling his arm back Alexander heaved his sword throwing it as he would a javelin his muscles surged with strength as it took off like a rocket rushing forward. The force of the attack was enough to pierce through a human body as if it were a spear and not a bludgeoning weapon. As soon as the sheathed sword left his hands Alexander dug his feet into the ground and sprinted forward towards Naiomi, his feet digging into the ground with each step the ground recoiling in pain with each step as chunks of the ground flew behind him as each step tore into the soft earth.
His fists clenched tightly and poised to strike a thin trail of blood in the air behind him falling to the ground tracing his movements. Alexander rushed towards Naiomi aiming a flurry of blows right towards her face with strength and force that would crack a human skull. His plan was rush her as fast and hard as he could get about two-three swings off hopefully some hits, all aimed for her face then he planned to grab her by the back of her head and slam it down onto his knee. As the distance between them drew to a close his hand thrust forward in the first of several attacks to come.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseHer attacks staggered him just enough to allow her barb to get through his defenses. He dodged back and took it in his hand, and she grinned. The loss of coordination in his hand would weaken his defense, allowing her to slip in with more effective attacks. He backed away and Naiomi resisted the urge to give chase. Her defense had been broken and she needed desperately to recollect herself before his next attack, even if it meant giving up that ground. That had been the point of using her poison, after all, to slow him down and give her time to think.
"It's fast acting, I doubt you'll be able to get it all. If I was in my true form you wouldn't even have a chance to react," Naiomi taunted whimsically as she dug her feet in and rolled her left shoulder where its strength had given away under his attack. It hadn't hurt, but she hadn't been expecting the full extent of his strength. She'd had not compensated enough and so her own strength gave out to save her shoulder from being pulled out of its joint. She smirked as he let his blood drip onto the grass. A predator craved that sight, that scent, because it meant weakened prey.
Then he sprang into action again. She immediately tensed up and got ready. The sword was thrown straight at her with remarkable force. Her eyes widened ever so slightly at the sight, as she had definitely not expected him to try and spear her with his sheathed sword. It was perhaps one of the only times she'd ever been caught completely off guard by something, the other noteworthy time in her past remained a dark secret in her heart, when she had been captured by those no good poachers.
Her first instinct was to stop the blade, but Alexander held considerable strength and she would probably regret that. Instead she quickly sidestepped the projectile, then swung upward at it just as it passed her by, striking it with the blade on her arm to throw off its trajectory and send it flying out of the way. Better he didn't have a weapon. She still didn't fully compensate for the strength, however, and her arm jackknifed backward, forcing her to turn to keep it from stretching past its limits. Then he was upon her, swinging with powerful blows of his fist.
Naiomi immediately struck up a defensive posture upon feeling the force behind the first blocked blow. She knew she couldn't give him any quarter as any one of those blows would send her reeling, creating an opening for more attacks. If one got through, the fight would pretty much be over. So she kept her arms high like a boxer, the blades turned outward to increase the diameter of her block. She did keep an eye open for any opportunity to lash out with her tail, similar to a scorpion, to try and stick him with another barb and slow him down. It was her best chance out of this flurry as she ducked and weaved on full defensive.

"THEN USE YOUR TRUE FORM!" He challenged mid swing, not giving up a single moment to unleash his attacks. "DON'T HOLD BACK!" She was able to parry his attacks as Alexander threw his full force into them, he trained hard for his fights he didn't want her to hold back! "Use your true form! show me your power! lets go all out!" he didn't pause between attacks but he could feel it, going all out with his physical strength was wearing on the muscles in his arms. "If we go all out, and you manage to beat me all out, I'll tell everyone your stronger hell if you can beat me I'll do anything you say anytime!" He was willing to taunt her to go all out. He was willing to raise the stakes so she would go all out.
His arms began to burn, whether or not he had lots of stamina didn't matter pushing his muscles and his body this hard this fast was beginning to have a negative affect on him. Without warning Alexander broke off his attacks and stepped back, only to be met by the rush of her tail lunging forward to greet his retreat. He cursed as the tail lashed out Alexander reacted with everything he could muster on such a short notice despite the heavy burning feeling that surged through his arms. The tail struck out he ducked side stepping under the attack barely dodging the brunt of the attack, though a single barb manged to hook into his shoulder and draw blood pouring toxin's into his system.
Numbing sensations coursed through his shoulder off setting the burning pain from the light cut earlier. His arms still burned from over exertion but that was quickly receding as he panted, the aching muscles recovering quickly with the reprieve of the onslaught, there was little he could do to stop the poison this time. He had made a rookie mistake and got caught up into the fight and his taunt, he had used to much force to hard and to fast in fact Alexander had almost risked tearing a muscle from pushing it to far. The numbing sensation spread quickly he wondered how effective her poison in her true form was, the fact that he was second guessing his taunt just meant that the fight was all that much better!
This was what he lived for! a chance to lose they didn't come along very often! Alexander thrived on the fight he completely let the fact that the fight was under a false pretense slip from his mind. Fighting was what he was raised to do! it was the only time he felt like he was connecting with a person, talk was cheap! As Alexander fought this girl he could feel her controlled yet blazing hot temper! it was an amazing feeling! a persons true nature came out when they gave it their all in a fight and it was the only way he knew how to connect with people!
His own nature, if closely studied was apparent through fighting at least the more basic aspects of it. He fought with an intentional handicap to make a fight more fair and more intense, he had no issues with harming himself and he was willing to put anything on the line for an intense fight. Of course rarely did people tend to study each other in a fight, at least not the way he did. Alexander could see she had a more primal fighting style yet careful, she was a wild soul at heart. He loved fighting people because it was the only manner for him to understand people! even as a child people stayed away from him, so he had learned to fight.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseHonestly Naiomi would be hard-pressed at that moment to recall why this fight had started, so caught up in it as she was. Her forearms were aching from the pounding they had just taken and she was certain that by that evening she would have several bruises and would hardly be able to move them. But that was why she trained herself, why she made a point of keeping herself in peak physical condition. Had she not that effect would likely be happening right now and her arms would feel like lead attached to her shoulders. Adrenaline kept them going, allowed her to ignore the pain, as she felt her tail catch him.
Once more she was given some reprieve as he stepped back. Another foolish mistake. It gave her the opening to strike and the chance to recover from his onslaught. He was underestimating her, clearly, if he thought that these breaks would help him out. He could recover, Naiomi couldn't, but given a few seconds break between attacks she could last much longer than normal, meaning his plan of fatiguing her would draw out. And considering her poison was now in his veins he wouldn't be able to wait that long.
"It looks like I won't even need to change," she smirked, her tail whipping back and forth tauntingly. Her wyvern form was much larger, and would no doubt draw more attention from around the field. As it were this was merely a sparring match to those who watched, albeit one intense match at that. Naiomi took a moment to catch her breath just like he did, and prepare her next move. She couldn't stay on defense, so she needed to push an offense before he had time to recover. Her fingers clenched and her knuckles popped as she gave him a fang-filled grin.
She was quick-tempered and fierce, but her predatory nature was impossible to deny. Even while in the heat of battle part of her was studying her prey. She was learning more about this guy here than she would having a conversation, though she wouldn't realize it until afterward when she didn't need all of her focus just to keep up with the fight. He'd taken a barb to the shoulder, meaning his arm would be almost completely dead. He could heal faster than most so the poison mightn't have a full effect, but even a little was enough to create the gaps that she needed.
It was time for another ambush. A huntress fought with surprises, keeping the prey on guard and coming at them from new directions. She charged forward again, quickly closing the gap he had put between them, looking to catch him before he could fully recover. Just before she came within slashing distance of him as all her other attacks had been her foot dug into the ground and she threw all her momentum into another spin, swinging around with her other leg for a high roundhouse kick for the side of his face, the same side the poison had hit, her arms crooked and keeping her balance while on guard at the same time.

(Warning! there are some aspects to this post some people wouldn't approve of, so if you don't like it let me know and I can delete and repost something else)
Taking a barb to the shoulder Alexander sighed, he was losing himself after fighting one charging idiot after another he had become complacent and dull when it came to fighting someone with tactics and such. That just made this fight even better! the dulling sensation in his arm made Alexander grin this was the way a fight should be, though so far she had barbed him twice and no effective hits had landed on his end. Was this his limit at this level? maybe but if she wasn't going to go all out then he wouldn't either! Still he might as well step it up just a little to match the fact she was in a hybrid form, so far he was fighting her at a human level with human abilities, well no more of that.
She was a fast one, strong and an able fight. Coupled with her poison barbs over coming this wouldn't be quite so simple, no it wouldn't be anything other then a fun intense fight. Round one had only just ended and now in round two, Alexander was willing to show his ferocity and the extent he was willing to go in order to fight all out. She would regret this even if he lost he would make sure she never forgot him by leaving a last mark on that pretty little body of hers. The world outside of this battle no longer existed, he zeroed in on his watching the woman's every move, she wouldn't be foolish enough to rush him blindly she would have a plan. Even with one arm she would know not to risk a dead on attack.
So she rushed him again, like an animal hunting prey however prey didn't normally anticipate an opponents attacks. There was no way she would pass up such an obvious weak point when it came to Alexanders limp arm and that would be her error. He reacted with everything he had when she launched into a powerful kick at his weak point, a bad move but one she couldn't know not to make as his limp hand shot upwards instantly at the last second, pulled by invisible strings and caught the kick in it's grasp. A sickening snap echoed violently as all of the bones in his wrist and fingers and perhaps a few more down the line snapped and cracked under the force of the attack, however the poison in his veins made the pain nothing more then a dull throb instead of the searing agony which would drop a man.
What She couldn't have known was Alexander's race had telekinetic abilities so even though his arm was poisoned and paralyzed he could use those abilities and control it like normal! Even worse her poison dulled the pain so he was free to abuse it! His broken hand wrapped around her ankle and he yanked her hard, twisting his body to increase the momentum he swung her like a rag doll, high into the air by her foot as his good hand also grabbed her ankle mid flight. With his telekinectically controlled arm and his good arm he yanked on Naomi's foot with everything he could muster to bring her slamming down into the ground.
Telekinesis did allow him to use his paralyzed arm as if it were not damaged at all, and the poison allowed him to bypass the pain from his broken arm even if he would have to rebreak it later and let it heal properly. He was able to use a bit less then 75% of the strength he would have used in this attack had his arm been under his complete control. Still it was a brutal attack, and the strain he put his broken hand under caused the dull ache to burn a little but it was nothing he couldn't handle. Like a wolf in a trap, if his arm became a liability he would remove that liability with no hesitation. How quick he was to do serious damage to his body.
"Don't under estimate me!!" he snarled, finally willing to use some of his own inhuman powers. She had her barbs he had his telekinesis.

But I'll do what I wanna do 'Cause I wasn't built to loseThe fiery redhead's eyes shot wide as she felt her foot connect with the arm she had weakened. And then she felt the bones give way, hearing the sickening but familiar crunch of bones snapping. Naiomi knew immediately her two mistakes in this scenario: first she had dulled his arm with her poison. She didn't know how he was using it as competently as he was, but it just meant the broken bones would not stop him. Which led into her second, and probably gravest mistake. She had not been prepared for how utterly insane this man was.
And, unfortunately, she would have to pay for her mistakes. She felt his strong grasp close around her ankle and yank on it. In these normal circumstances the other party might try something predictable like tripping her up if they had caught her foot. She would have been prepared for that, throwing her weight into her other foot for a counter. But to be ripped off the ground with the impressive strength that Alexander had, there was no way she could stop herself from becoming airborne, so her mind quickly reached for any way she could turn this to her advantage.
The problem was, however, that being airborne gave you absolutely no control over your own movement. The most she could do was twist around and adjust her body's position, but not its trajectory. But he didn't let go of her completely. She was off the ground and then she felt his iron grasp close around her ankle once more and rip her clean out of the air. She knew what was coming next and there wasn't much she could do to stop it, so instead she took the chance to get in one last strike with her tail as she flew toward the ground.
Smart predators avoided certain kinds of prey. Mothers and their children were always a danger, as were rabid animals, and not just because their meat was tainted. It was for the same reason as a cornered animal is dangerous, though when you cornered something you were ready for it. With the other two they were dangerous because they were nearly completely insane in their actions. Entirely unpredictable. And things that were unpredictable were impossible to prepare for. That was what she was remembering now, as she realized Alexander was much the same.
The ground hit her hard and she was pretty sure she left an imprint. A novice might've tried to catch themselves, braced their arms or something of the like, but they'd only end up with broken limbs and the wind knocked out of them. That would be the fight right there. At the last minute she could Naiomi instead writhed her body like a cat to adjust her landing position. She adjusted herself so that she hit the ground with her shoulder blades first, a part of the body that was able to take a landing. It still hurt quite a bit, but she had already given herself up to spending the next day in bed recovering from this.
With a grunt she collected herself. Her legs kicked into the air as she bunched up her muscles, her claws digging into the ground, and she threw her weight forward. Her legs snapped under her and caught her before she could hit the ground again and she used the rest of her momentum to charge straight for him. No reprieve, not now. "Nor you me, I'm miles ahead of the rest of my class!" she growled as she launched herself into a flurried combo. Slash with her claw, follow up immediately with her arm blade, then chase it right away with her other claw and blade. Rinse and repeat to keep the pressure on him, always readjusting her angle so that she forced him to think about his blocks.

I wouldn't dream of it!He voiced wickedly, his arms in a similar position a boxer would make. This was what a fight was about! the only thing that could satisfy the demons blood within him! even if neither of them were going all out, this was a much better fight then if they had! currently they were almost certainly evenly matched, and that was a true fight. Alexander no longer wanted to see this girls true form because this fight as it was with the two of them testing each other on a fair and level field was more then he could wish for! The dark instincts etched within his blood cried out for his body to release everything, but his will was stronger then his instincts.
She rushed him with amazing speed. She was indeed a step above the normal A class students, but he wouldn't admit that to her. Instead of blocking Alexander relied on his foot work, step back, then to the side, back and to the side. Just like a boxer, he wasn't much for the sport but the foot work they used was an effective way for him to fight defensively. Alexander let his arm go limp, fighting defensively and concentrating on two other things at once was a recipe for disaster. So he focused on his defense and his cast aside sword in the distance.
Silently the sheathed weapon pulled it's self into the air shakily. The weapon turned so that it the side of it was facing Naiomi's back, and then with a great amount of exertion Alexander mentally pulled the sword toward the two of them, and stepped forward so that one of Naiomi's slashes hit his chest. Hot blood stained the shredded shirt immediately as a intense searing pain surged through him. The goal of this was simple, the sword would rush forward and Strike Naiomi from behind and hard, shoving her forward. Alexanders good hand would snap around her back and hug her as tight to his body as he could force her. He would release the mental grip on his weapon letting it fall and return it to his limp shattered hand, he would then grip his good hand and arch his own body backwards pulling Naiomi with him pulling her upwards as he went. If this worked properly she would be pinned and he would be able to slam the girls head into the ground with immense force, if it didn't he would be severely open.
Other demons would have simply used the telekinetic ability to throw her around. That wouldn't have been a fair fight though, and he was as he had always been determined to fight on equal grounds. She had her weapons and he had his own, there were many risks to what he was about to do but the pay off was a possible instant knock out... but only if this worked exactly the way he had planned. Despite his body shape and muscle tone he was quite flexible, otherwise his back would suffer extreme damage from bending as such a harsh angle.
Everything had a cost in battle, using his arm with telekinesis he was unable to feel the limits of it. Which meant that if it popped out of place, or if he broke more bones from using it this way which most certainly had happened by now there would be no way for him to know it until the poison had worn off. Yes this battle was a great one in all honestly he didn't care if he lost! he wouldn't let her win, but if she did mange to win he would only be impressed and nothing more.
